Moneyclaim Online (MCOL) question

Hi
I am in the process of reclaiming from Nationwide and I have now filled out the necessary claim form at Moneyclaim online (submitted 2/2/07). On my claim menu the claim is shown. There is a box that says 'judgment' and underneath it, a link that says 'start'. When I click it it says do I want to enter judgment by default or judgment by admission. Do I click one of these yet or am I waiting for 14 days?
Sorry to be thick.. I have had a look around and have also followed the step by step guide but I'm stuck now and don't want to mess it up!

Edit: Since my post moved I have found the answer so I will wait the 14 days from submission date. Many thanks to all of you who help us claimers!!0 -
You can't apply for judgement yet. Just leave these buttons. Keep an eye on your claim over the next week or so, you can track how it is progressing. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Help! I've just made a new claim on moneyclaim and typed in the Particulars of Claim using the template from this site (which doesn't fit in the specified 24 lines - does this matter?) and I've tried to go on the next bit of calculating the court costs but it won't do it, I appear to be 'locked out for 2 hours'. What does this mean and will I be able to retrieve all the data I input when I can get back in? (I did click on save). Thanks0

If you clicked on save it should have saved! It does matter about the 24 lines, you can dicker about with spacing and such to make sure it fits, which is what I did - maybe someone else has a better idea? Sounds to me like the locked out feature is a security precaution..."Think for yourselves and allow others the privilege to do so too." Voltaire.0

Use the particulars of claim from post #6 in THIS THREAD. They should fit OK.How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Hi,
I've just started my claim with moneyclaim.gov.uk, and have arrived at the particulars of claim.
Firstly, I wish to claim for two accounts. Does anybody know if I put it all on one claim? The first claim is for around £1000, and the other about £3000.
Secondly, whilst doing a bit of research, Which? have provided a document which can be found at http://www.which.co.uk/files/application/pdf/Factsheet%20on%20taking%20your%20current%20account%20provider%20to%20the%20small%20claims%20court-445-76924.pdf
They highlight paragraphs 1, 2 and 3.
Acknowledging the templates on this site, what do you make of their suggestion as the Particulars of Claim?0 -

multiply the amount of your charges only (not with any interest added) by 0.00022 This gives your daily amount of interest.
i.e..............
charges=£1400..........1400 X 0.00022=.308. This works out at 31 pence a day.How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Morning everyone,
This probably sounds I really stupid question but I’m confusing myself
I filed my moneyclaim online against the Halifax on the 23rd January 9showing as issued 23/01/07) and so I counted 14 days from the 23rd to make it today that there time is up. I’ve tried asking for judgment today but its saying their 14 days is still not up so I’m guessing I have counted incorrectly. Would it be tomorrow that I can ask for judgment?
Thanks0
