£120 warm home discount

When are BG giving out the £120 for those who qualify. Does anyone know??.

I know a couple of people who have pre payment meters and they got their £120 put onto their meter on Thursday.

MM link doesn't work. Do you know if my mum is on the essentials tariff allready. Was she supposed to reapply again for this discount.

Link is now OK.
How do you expect me to know what tariff your mum is on?!
She can't reapply 'again', it's the first year it's been offered. If she automatically qualified then she will be credited by end March. If she didn't and hasn't applied, then much too late now.

She should have had a letter. Suggest you give them a ring and ask.

You are dead cheeky you like. I worded it wrongly. Elektra didn't have a problem understandng it. But you did. Been onto BG web site and looked around and found this. Warm home discount is actually replacing the Essentials Tariff. She doesn't have to reapply [as i said in post.]
