I have yet to receive any feedback as i have only sold two items. I don't think it seems to matter as much as ebay though. Or is that just me?

i thought you could respond to feedback on amazon by going into your sellers account and going into feedback and there was a button saying respond may be wrong, i know you can reply to feedback on fee-bay

I have just signed up as a Pro-Merchant and although I can access the pre-order list I can't save it correctly.

I have tried to save it in Xcel and it asks me to put in the columns, is this correct or am I doing something wrong?

i don't know if this is any good, the d/1 is the 180x260mm ones and the f/3 are 220x330 ones if they are the same as listed in the catologue any way

So of course I get a neg today from the buyer stating it had no cover

seabiscuit, you can leave responses to feedback. Make sure you are logged into your seller account and then go to 'View Your Ratings and Feedback' then onto 'See All Feedback.' After each feedback there is a button saying 'Leave Response'. You can't edit responses once given and can only respond to each feedback once.
