Hooray!!!!!! Money gone in my Nat West account today from RBS!!!!! (Day 34) Well most of it anyway..Dont think they have paid the interest yet though, about £3000 short. Got £9000 out of the robdogs though....Dont give up hope everyone your money is coming.........:T:T:T:T:T:T:T

Hi libbie - no idea hun, its not for the want of trying as he constantly rings natwest & i have sent the cmc several abrupt emails to state that WE are doing all the hard work & they are receiving 25% for the sake of it!! :(
however, all to no avail - he has been a customer over 20 yrs too . Just hope it wont be long..it isnt much but it is not the point!! It was upheld in July and Accepted 9th August....Good luck with yours...;) xx

Day 28 looming on thursday, have been a customer of rbs 30 yrs but am going to ditch them as soon as money comes through. Good news would be nice at this time. :(:(

Was this working day 34? Natwest or RBS Loan?
Sorry I sound like a police officer questioning you don't I!
I have heard they pay the PPI and interest seperate (but usually in the same day) so keep an eye out. Don't let them get away without it!

Day 32 today and still nothing -maybe they are running out of money and having to wait until pay day or for some new cheque books to be printed.

I am going away for a couple of days this week and it would have been nice if it had been in my bank before I go but I am very doubtful now that this will happen!

Yes it was working day 34.... Nat West loan...Hopefully get interest aswell today then, save me an hour on the phone to them tomorrow wating for them to answer phone....

Please keep us updated, it would be interesting to see if they are paying out claims in 'strict order' as they claim!

thought it was worth posting this update. As some may be aware Ihave a very long running claim with RBS reqrding CC PPI.

Anyway heres the latest ...claim upheld by obudsman after first refusal from RBS and then adjudicater.

claim agreed and registered with RBS 5/9/11 they said then 8 weeks to payment so another couple of weeks but hey
