Another Update:

Guys, email ron.teerlink@rbs.co.uk. As a result of my email, I seem to have got some form of feedback. It’s not much but it allows you to vent your spleen at the Group Chief Administrative Officer of RBS

Your secret is safe - however I have just sent another email basically telling him to stop sending sacrificial lambs to face my wrath and do as he's supposed to......

This is why I have started this uproar after 10 working days – I want to make this as uncomfortable as possible to try to get some action going. As I have said to some of their staff “This could take another 28working days – you have no excuse not to” The best thing I can do is keep the board aware that I and other like me are going nowhere until the debt is paid. Just like they do if you owed them. I urge you to do the same!

Have a good weekend and good luck.
• Still nothing in the post!!! I am on 31 days now. If nothing arrives tomorrow I will e-mail the ceo on Sunday!!
• I put in my weekly call to the FOS today to find out where the settlement letter was from RBS which they promised by the end of August (not cheque, just letter!). FOS spoke to RBS who said they really don't know why it hasn't been sent, they've given up even trying to make excuses. Apparently it's now a priority - exactly two years after I first asked for my money back! I did finally receive my late fees cheque from RBS though this week - it was a handwritten cheque like another poster mentioned above.
