Hi i am waiting for my cheque from Lloyds should have been before the 13th i have just spoken to them and been told that all cheques are on hold and they couldn't give me an answer as to when i would get it . I am fuming has anyone else had this problem as i was told a lot of people are complaining .
I think I read on another thread for ltsb payouts that they had put cheques on hold for two weeks due to a software problem but were now issuing again

Hi there
I have had my payout from RBS today, 25 working days after my acceptance letter was received. My initial complaint was made in July 2010 so I dont know whether they are trying to get the long standing ones out of the way first as 2 other forumites have been paid out in recent days that have been as far back as mine. Now for GE money!

Wooo!! Can't believe it within 28 working days!
I am currently on working day number 17. My original complaint was the 7th of June.
Did the money just go in first thing or mid day?
Many thanks0 -

Still elated from reciving my cheques from First Plus yesterday bang on 8 weeks!!!
Well that's an effing liberty isn't it.
So basically it looks like they are paying out existing customers first, then ex-customers later by cheque?
Either way, exceeds the 28 working days.

Well for me it's day 29 and nothing and I'm and existing customer, all they have to do is put it in my account, I wouldn't be bothered if I didn't really need it, but they don't care so I've given up guess it will appear when it dose.0

What date was your acceptance letter received? So they clearly aren't paying in order then!0
