Ryanair Cash Passport, i can't get it.. can you?

I had been trying for some weeks to order a cash passport via my Firefox Browser and each time when it got to the bank verification page absolutely nothing happened. Another correspondent said that you could successfully complete an order if you accessed through the Internet Explorer Browser. However, this turned out to be even worse as Internet Explorer did not even allow me on to the Cash Passport site.

However, I solved the problem by downloading Opera another internet browser and I have now successfully ordered my Cash Passport by accessing the Cash passport site via the Opera Browser and then doing a Google search for Ryanair and then clicking on credit/debit cards.

I did domplain by e-mail to ryanair that the Cash Passport site wasn't working but they replied it was not their problem and suggested I contact the Cash Passport people direct!!!!!

When / if you do get the card make sure you use it every 6 months avoiding
a possible £12.50 charge.

I have now tried 2 computers, 4 browsers, 3 credit/debit cards and two email addresses - and still I get rejected!

Thank you for help. I had the same problem as all of you guys but only on my PC. At the same time I have tried my wife laptop and NO PROBLEM:j.
I have recived e'mail from Ryanair with confirmation. Good luck to all:)

Add my name to the list. Have applied a couple of times each of the last three weekends, but get the same message each time:

"We are unable to continue with your online Ryanair Cash Passport order at this time."

After reading the suggestions above, I've just done it again with a different card. At least this time I got to the Visa Secure ID screen (or whatever its called). But - after successfully authenticating, I got an error message again! ARGH!

whilst i know its probably a glitch, you all know that we can still currently use prepaid mastercards without charge, right?

i test dummied a booking yesterday and it worked.

Wrong, as soon as you put in UK the £6 each way charge is added.
Just did a dummy run.

ahh i see..it didnt have that when i booked after 1st nov. weird. Shame. i liked using ryanair but now i wont anymore.
