Ryanair Cash Passport, i can't get it.. can you?

I've had the same problem, so I emailed them using the form on the cash passport website. They told me that the problem could be my browser which is Firefox. I changed the browser to Google Chrome and it has worked!

Glad it worked for you. Wish I had the same luck. Tried both Firefox and IE7,8+9 and failed each time with exactly the same problem. I can't believe that one has to install Google Chrome just to order this infernal card.

Just to humour myself I thought I'dhave a go at downloading Google Chrome and applying again for the umpteenth time. Guess what. I don't think you need me to tell you the outcome. Perhaps this is the reward you get for being a loyal, regular user of Ryanair. Yours truly frustrated.

I tried for over an hour with firefox and it would not verify - used chrome and had no problem. Did not try MS explorer

so still nothing from [EMAIL="Cardservices@accessprepaidww.com"]Cardservices@accessprepaidww.com[/EMAIL] . i noticed that there is a phone number at the top of the start of the application to get help "For any enquiries relating to your order, please call the Card Services Team on 0845 301 0431" Of course i rang as my further attempt this morning to obtain this card, failed in the same breath as per previous attempts. This number is Travelex and i was told that after checking my details, address etc.. i would be ok for the their version of the card.. but he implied there's alot that cant get this ryanair card, and implying it is something to do with ryanair, and how they are managing the side of the Card processing /registration system. He said, basically we've been advised to tell customers to email [EMAIL="Cardservices@accessprepaidww.com"]Cardservices@accessprepaidww.com[/EMAIL] and tell them that Travelex have checked my details, and i am on their system.. sounds like a complete bucket of disorder to me.. anyway, they have been emailed, and i guess an expected 2 week wait for the reply will prove to be an underestimate!

I've not tried for a Ryanair Cash Passport - but I recently tried to book flights with my Fairfx card and it was rejected every time - so my £9 e/w flights to Ibiza cost £15 e/w. Still a bargain but very frustrating!

I have tried numerous times to obtain this card and after contacting customer service dept was told to apply manually using a very basic form which they sent me . I won't be doing this as I don't want to send a cheque to some anonymous person somewhere in Ryanair !
Will try the HSBC card and see what happens.Have been trying with Lloyds with no succuss !

A cheque seems pretty safe though - there are no fears of them debiting more from your account like they could potentially if you used a debit card

The form was attached to the reply I recieved from Ryanair and really was a copy of the info page on the website ie. name address, etc. I would say it was probably just a copy of the page .

But I have just been successful in obtaining my card !

I tried HSBC card and that didn't work and as we have Firefox I downloaded Google Chrome and it worked !

I suppose the next battle will be booking flights with it .
