:think: Hmmmm a couple of my posts seem to have dissapeared. Can't see them here but can see them if I click on my last posts on my avatar iyswim. They had a couple of links in re: colour healing for mum2ones knee. How strange??!
Anyhoooo I've been a bit busy today, posting parcels, being on here, thinking about doing things, going on here, making a brew, going on here, making toast, going on here...ah you get the picture
Still need to do the fridge for my, and this is what I'm calling it...'My one a day the Feng Shui Way' But I may decide to implement two things in one day in which case the name will stay the same but I'll just be ahead of myself lol
Another quiet day here , everyone out or at work, OH in Land of Nod till later. Won't last long come tea time/early evening it will be fairly noisy.
Must get on.

Well I positively zoomed round this afternoon. Decided to do the fridge which is sparkling now! Also whilst putting on a wash and reaching up for the liquid I knocked the tub of astonish off the shelf and someone (me ) hadn't put the lid on properly and it went everywhere, half a tub, but I cleaned it up without getting cross and just thought if that shelf weren't full of clutter I wouldn't have knocked it off in the first place so cleaned and decluttered the shelf And cleaned the bathroom, after that!
Need to have a look to see what Feng Shui tip I'll be doing tomorrow, let me see...
I'm going to clear the hall and stairs as this blocks the smooth flow of ch'i and sweep away any cobwebs in corners as these are symbols of the past and clearing them away releases 'stuck' energy.

Decided as things were going so well to make a start on the bathroom. We had 3 fish, 1 octopus and a mermaid ornament type thing on 5 of the tiles. Quite big and chunky, anyway I'd had enough of them and got the hammer and chisel and started to chisel them off. Only 3 of them weren't that keen to come off and when they did they left 3 holes behind! So tomorrow I'll have to get some of that plaster stuff? and fill them in. Not let OH know yet, if he values his faculties he'll keep smiling Would replace the tiles instead but two of them are in an awkward position.
Ah well...

Bought the filler today and will fill the holes tomorrow.OH was very diplomatic, didn't criticise at all and said it does look better with them off. He knows which side his bread is buttered

Sorry had to smile about the tiles - that would be me - I'm lethal with DIY, I once attempted to paint the halls, stairs and landing and the kitchen..... not god more paint over the carpet, the dog (we had Whisky then - On the pic), he was covered in lilac paint, me hair was sporting lilac highlights..... after that been banned from DIY xx

I must admit I hate painting, well I don't mind emulsion but hate painting with gloss.
Lilac hairlights sound good very punky.
Well last night I thought I'd better do my Feng Shui for the day so hoovered the hall, stairs and landing, swept away some cobwebs (oops) and moved all the shoes and coats from the hall. Oh and bought a yellow gerbena for the kitchen as yellow flowers in the kitchen is meant to increase wealth.

Oh Lordy...not updated for some time now. Not much to add really except I want to add a couple of challenges on here to keep me motivated. Health wise and wealth wise.
So first off, last loan payment has now gone out and I am loan free yay whoop whoop...but, and it's a big but, no that's not the health part, my overdraft has gone sky high, I mean interplanetary high!!!
So my challenge this month is to spend £50 a week on groceries and sundries and when it's gone it's gone. I have changed £50 to one pound coins and I have spent some of next weeks £50 already, I am useless, but to be fair some of that was for my 'special k' aka 'asda vitality' two week challenge.
The grand total I have to spend tomorrow for next weeks shopping is £40. I have already done my menu and shopping list so may have to go over that to make sure it's doable.
Have started my 'special k' plan which will now be known as 'asda vitality plan'
Have had 30g cereal with 1/4 pint of soya milk.
Just about to have a banana as my snack.
Should be having lunch now of...another bowl of cereal, but have been busy this morning so will have 'lunch' about 3 ish.
No idea if it will work, have been reading that some people actually put weight on! To be honest my eating habits have been rubbish lately so at least I'll be eating something healthy. My main meal will be home made beanburgers and homemade wedges with veggies.
I only want to lose this darn stone I've put on so even a few pounds will make a difference. Have had a nasty virus this week and was only in work for one day so I really need to get healthier. Especially as winter can have a rotten effect on my asthma.
So...a few things there to keep me out of mischief.
At least if I'm having cereal for my lunch at work I don't have to think what I'm taking the next day.
Better get a few things done now.

Good luck on the Asda vitality plan and the budget.

£50 sounds easy but I know reality means it disappears fine. You are going to have to ban yourself from the shops once the main shop is done .
