With the breakmaker once the dough starts to cook it does smell lush. Only thing is the bread won't be ready until about 10.00. I'm sure I'll still manage to eat approximately half of it before I go to bed.

I find TV really bad this time of year. I don't watch hardly anything other than the soaps. I'd much rather a good book. STarted reading Jordans second autobiography this morning and I'm already over half way through. Will hopefully get through a good bit of it later tonight and finish it tomorrow. Have got so any books that I've had for presents that I've not read yet. Am going to try my best and get through them over the next few weeks.
  • Hmmm baking bread, I love it when it's still warm too.
I like watching corrie and DS also puts on EE though I find that one too gloomy. OH went into town this morning and he got me James Herberts 'Haunted' the trouble is in the last book I read by him, it mentioned this one in the storyline a bit so I feel like I know something about it already and I'd rather not. I will read it though. He did get it from a charity shop so an mse buy :D
Did a performance in full assembly this morning, the class I cover for year 3 on tuesdays, the ones that love their music lessons. They were so proud of this song we've been learning I asked if we could perform it in assembly and was given the go-ahead. They were brilliant, then the deputy head caught me unawares and asked if I'd tell everyone what we've been doing in our music lessons because they're so diverse. Good job I don't shy easily. They'll be buzzing about their performance when I see them tomorrow. They're a great class, I love 'em to bits.
Not much happening on the money front, will pay debt 2 off on wednesday I think. Just going to be extra careful with my money this month but to be honest I can feel some splurges coming on, I don't even need anything really but you know when you get that feeling :(
I'm still nibbling my nails despite two bottles of nail bite solution, bought one and found another! I guess it doesn't work unless I paint it on my nails...
Took some amazing photos from the garden of the sun going down the other night. Will put them on the computer and see if I can put some on here. Will have to ask DS to help though. In fact I'll do that now.
    Hope everyones okay.

I don't believe in the concept of hell, but if I did I would think of it as filled with people who were cruel to animals.

Wow, amazing photos, looks like the Apocalypse!

Congrats on the assembly performance - to you and the kids - it must have made them feel really good to be asked to sing in assembly. Have you been watching The Choir programme on Friday nights - about a singing teacher who went into a boys' secondary school and got them all singing? I was hooked - it was great to see how much they enjoyed the singing when he managed to wear their resistance down!

  • :D Aw thanks GR...I think I'm getting a bit fed up about it all now, I think it's just the waiting because I'm having to think about and count the days until the next payday to pay it again. iykwim.
Well the photos went on but they are huge, I'll have to see how i can make them smaller!! Took them on my digital camera and they did look good but at this size i think they look stunning.
Kids mithering to come on here now so guess I'll have to come off. The nights going by really fast.
Have a good evening and hope you're okay.

  • Hiya Seaxwyn, thanks. No I've not seen that programme. It sounds good. I think children can learn such a lot from music, and it gives us so much back.
    Hope you're well.

Didn't you used to have a sunset as your avatar? I remember it as all pink and purple. Was that one of your photos too?
