  • Well it's 1.41am and I have de-cluttered 3 kitchen cupboards. Blimming shattered. Should be going to bed early getting my body used to getting up early next week but want to get as much done as possible before I go back to work.
GR did you get those books on amazon? I read the thread on it and it all looked a bit confusing to me, a lot does actually :D
Hope everyone is okay. It's freezing out there isn't it? I have been wearing my faux furry boots which are a little bit big for me but it allows me to wear 5, yes 5 pairs of socks with them. :D
Anyway will have a bit of a browse round then off to beddybyes.

  • OK this de-cluttering is catching. Once I finish the ironing I'm going to look through my bathroom cupboard. I absolutely love bath oils, bubblebaths and body scrubs so I'm going to have a sort out. I am not going to buy any more until I've used up what I've got - thats my challenge for today!

It has been freezing the last few days but the weather has been glorious hasn't it? We appear to have more dry sunny days lately than we ever do in the summer!

Hope you have a good day. Catch you later and thank you xxx

Hi Dizzy. Good work on the kitchen. Selling on Amazon is actually really easy, you should give it a try. Just look up the book and when you find the right edition, click 'sell yours here'. It couldn't be easier.

Those totals in your signature are looking nice and small now, must be a great feeling.

  • I put 3 books onto Amazon yesterday and I'm just going to list another 3 now. Come on Diz give it a go.

Shall we have a 3 books a day challenge? I'm up for that.

  • Yes, go on then. I listed 3 yesterday and 3 today that's my aim for the coming week. Some of the books are only on for 1p but it's better than them cluttering up the front room. Are you up for it Diz?

Have you sold any on there before Sea?
  • Ooh GR :D...Yeah go on then I'll give it a go to. I'm just popping into town then when I get back I will have a go at putting a couple on. I'm rubbish at anything technical though. Don't forget you're other challenge GR, the bathroom. I want it posted today that you've done it :D
Thanks seaxwyn it does feel good to be getting those debts down.At last.
If amazon is as easy as you say I'm going to have a go.
    Well we can only try...:D
Have a great day guys and catch you laters...:D

Diz you like my conscience. I have decluttered the bathroom cupboard. Don't think I'm ever going to need to buy soapy stuff again.

Sold a book today! Got to look around for 3 to list tonight.

Yes I have been selling books on Amazon for a while now, long before I discovered MSE even. I was lucky to be given a few boxes of books from an office I worked in. That started me off, then my mum had a big clear out. And since then I've had a few batches from Freecycle. I'm always amazed by how much sells, even titles so obscure you can't believe anyone in the world would want to ready them. And Amazon really is easy, and also risk-free, as they don't take any fees until your book sells.

Oh well, lets give it a go. I've got 6 listed on there at the moment, trouble is they are all popular titles and as theres so many other people selling the same books I doubt whether mine will sell.
