Oh my gosh I hope you're covered up well when that body fluid 'comes your way'. Sounds really interesting there GR. Thats a long time to be in one place so you must really enjoy it.
Well I've not checked my lottery yet but if I've been lucky I'd like to own a new-age shop in Cornwall and sell crystals and such stuff. I would have a manager of course and just pop in from time to time.
A bar in Spain sounds great, especially the swimming and sunbathing. I'm with you there GR.
Ah we can dream can't we hun.
Hope you have a great mse day tomorrow GR. I think you're doing just brilliant with your savings. I hope I can be as focussed as you when I get rid of my debts. I'd love an oak floor in our living room so maybe my next goal could be this. But then maybe I won't want to spend my money! I'm actually feeling a bit nervous about becoming debt free, isn't that wierd. Did you feel apprehensive when you were almost there, do you know what I mean? I think I'm worried that I won't have any solid goals to aim for??
Have a fabby day tomorrow.

Are you into all the new age stuff Diz? I love the crystal idea and have a few myself along with a few tarot and angel cards. Do you believe in all the psychic clairvoyant stuff as well? I must admit I find it all amazing if not slightly mind-blowing.
Am going to try and behave myself money-wise today. I still find it hard to spend money, I'm afraid to start in case I don't stop and end up where I was last time. It's really difficult getting a happy medium. I not what you mean by having no goals to aim for, that's why I'm still on here aiming with the savings. I'm sure if I wasn't setting myself targets that I wouldn't bother saving at all and end up wasting the money.
It's funny really, if I thought about setting up a Direct Debit into my ISA I'd say I couldn't afford it, but this way I don't seem to miss it. The only thing I've cut back on is wasting money, we still have the same standard of living.
Have a good day. GR x0 -

Hiya...looks like we have loads in common
I've got 'Doreen Virtues Messages from your angels' cards and her book called Earth Angels. A pocket guide for Incarnated Angels. elementals, starpeople, walk-ins and wizards. It's really interesting, I recommend it if you're into that kind of thing. I also use runes along with the book by Ralph Blum.
I seriously believe in colour therapy too. I do have some crystals and gem stones but tend to go more towards my runes and angel cards. When my mum died in a road accident I went a lot to a spiritualist church. You only paid a £1 and that was towards the mediums travel cost. I had some amazing messages that truly no one else could have taken, not general stuff. When I was expecting our last DS I took the scan photos to my aunt who was very close to my mum, sisters. She looked at them, then at my cousin and their mouths fell open. My aunt had had a dream where my mum had been showing her a baby. Well in reality mum would have told my aunt before me so in a way she still did
Some things you just can't explain. As you say it is mind-blowing.
Not doing too well with the overdraft. A payment went out for £29. It was my yearly card protection fee which I'd forgotten about so that's taken me up to my £1,150 mark almost. I'm still ahead than I was last month so that's good I suppose and I don't intend spending much more out of the bank though paydays a couple of weeks off yet. Nevermind. Still not checked my lottery so will do that now. Wish me luck

People laugh at me and call me gullible when I mention spirits but I really do believe it. My Dad died when I was 16 and over the years I've sensed him alongside me. Its not been very often, usually when life has dealt me some bad luck, both DS and DD premature babies and seriously ill, when I was getting divorced and sometimes when I generally feel down in the dumps. My Dad always smoked and he was the only one in the family that did. Sometimes I'm sitting at home and I can smell his cigarette smoke and just generally feel him near me. Nobody has ever smoked in my house so I kn ow it's not come from anywhere else.
Also when I met new man last year I went to a spiritualist not long after and he said to me out of the blue - your Dad likes you new man! Spooky.
As for the overdraft - just keep plodding on you can take care of that after the debts are cleared. Just done a little calculation and your total debt stands at £1870.74 which is virtually nothing.
I'm off to Asda tomorrow armed with my shopping list - can hardly wait to see how much money I don't spend.....0 -
Thanks GR...You've been to a spiritualist church too...when you get messages like that it does make you feel better. One of the messages I had was about mums accident. He came out with the name of the person who knocked her down and said that mum said not to blame him it was an accident. He said my nanna went in the ambulance with mum and nanna got my dad.(that would have been right he was never around when you needed him) Being that my nanna and dad had both passed over too how did he know that I'd lost all three, especially as I was only in my twenties. I went to him after to say thanks and he came out with other stuff that was so personal to mum it was uncanny. I know you have to be careful and there are a few charlatans out there but I think going to a church where you're not paying huge amounts and the mediums make no money from it, aside from travel costs makes me think they are more genuine.
I'm glad you take comfort from your dad being around. Why should they stop caring just because they're not in the physical body?
I remember one day I'd had an argument with OH and after putting DS in his car seat, threw my wedding ring in the back of the car. Then I couldn't find it. After about three days it was there in DS car seat, even though I'd been putting him in and out of his seat umpteen times in those three days. I still think mum put it there. I know OH hadn't he would have definately said if he'd found it and put it there and he said he hadn't. He's not a believer as such but has an open mind.
I meant to ask how things are with your 'chap' Have any decisions been made as to the future or are you just taking things as they come. I could read the runes for you, but I have to have your permission first. I always consult them when I'm in a bit of a quandry

Oh Diz that would be fab, read for me. Romance quieter than I like at moment and I've kind oif taken a step back until he gets some issues sorted. He knows I'm there for him and if he needs anything then he only has to ask.
Tell me what you see for me. Long term relationship, marriage, will he move to me etc etc.... tell me all you see x0 -
Oooh well I shall get my crystal ball out dearie and put a handkerchief over the lamp
well it sets the scene
Ok I'll go and do that for you now, will post later on.

Here we are then. 3 very good positive runes. I've not copied from Ralph Blums book but gone on an internet page for interpretations. They read more or less the same and easier to paste
From these I feel that they are saying that patience is called for but in time things will happen to your benefit. The last rune sowelu is one of my favourites and I'm always happy when I draw this one.
So first rune was 'jera' this is your situation now:
All things in life are cyclical, we can reap only what we sow. We must be prepared to nurture the seeds we plant and give them space and time enough to grow, only then will we enjoy fully the fruits of our labours.
Now may be the time to prepare for future growth.
Second rune was Thurisaz this is your action:
You are supported and protected. Fate stands with you. Seek counsel before making important decisions, this is a time to ask for help - it will be there for you and may provide you with more than you expect.
The darker side of this rune may also act as a warning that the thing we need protection from is actually ourselves.
Third rune was sowelu this is your new situation:
Spiritual awakening and consciousness. Strength and vitality are instilled within you and a radiant energy flows through every part of your being.
Good health and happiness are also associated with this rune. Problems are resolved and goals are attained.
A very positive time for mind, body and spirit.
GR I always find it helpful to read a few times. None of the runes were reversed so only given upright meanings.
I would be happy if this was my rune reading.
Hope they make sense to you.
Have a good day today.:D
