Well I don't know what happened really. I did my shopping at asda, some at tesco on friday and today went back to asda for a couple of things and sainsburys (because they label their stuff vegan and I wanted a few things for me). I also bought myself some clothes...in the sale mind you...a brown long dress for £7, its cotton but like wool, its a size 20 and I'm a size 10/12 but I love baggy clothes (DD hates it and says she will bin it at some stage) and two cotton tops reduced to £3.75 and £4. So not that bad really but very bad considering on the 22nd Feb I wanted to be around the £1.040 overdraft odd mark, I'm not that far from that now...:o
I know that I have been utterly down at being ill again...not an excuse I know but can't think of any other reason why I should have done this. I'll still be okay to pay the amounts I want at the debts but if I carry on like this it may be June when my wage is my own rather than May.
I'm going to go to work tomorrow and still feel like !!!!. My throat is still really sore, I feel breathless, using inhaler a fair bit and generally just feel fed up. I do not want another week off work though. I don't think being at home would make any difference, I must admit I'm concerned about my throat, thought after about a week the antibiotics would have kicked in and I'd be feeling better. OH said if it was anything serious (God forbid) the dr. would have spotted it when I went last week, she did check my throat. :sad:
One thing that has come out of me being poorly is that next year I am definately going to try and give up my fridays. Wanted to last year but it didn't happen. I think it would do me good to be working 4 days instead of 5. I know that sounds pathetic but it's just something I want to do. Healthwise it might be the best thing.
Sorry for the ramble. It's nice to know that you guys are there and I must say that makes me feel comforted. I am a big softee.
So hopefully this week at work I will be a good girl moneywise. Got my lunch sorted out and I'm going to take things easy.

£15 on clothes isn't a great disaster.

I hope you're back to full health soon. And it sounds a good idea to work 4 days a week - go for it.

Oh Diz, hope your feeling better today and don't feel guilty about wanting to cut your hours. I don't start work until 10 am every day and I won't give up my hour for all the money in the world. It gives me time in the morning to have an hour to myself after the kids have gone to school, I can tidy up the house and get a few things done so it's nice and tidy when I get home from work.

Don't worry about treating yourself, you need a treat every now and then and at least you done it in true MSE fashion and caught the sales.

work wasn't too bad, still have really sore throat but it'll go I'm sure.
Got some pictures taken ready to go on ebay. Just the putting it on there that's a chore...is it worth it?
Just thrown pizzas, jackets and garlic bread in for tea tonight. I really can't be bothered. Must be that time of the year.
I've definately got the spending bug a little at the moment. Keep looking on ebay and thinking 'no don't do it' so I'm not.lol
Took soup and a roll in to work today so saved a bit there.
Oh I just feel right fed up...might join you in that drink later GR, how does a tia maria sound in a tall glass with lots of ice. I'll pour you one hun.:D

The Tia Maria was great thanks Diz. Monday is always the worse day of the week. Once its over the rest of the weeks is a doddle.
