Hi Dizzy :hello: Sorry your tired today. I just can't wait until my kids keep me up until the early hours of the morning. Its something I'm not looking forward to.
You just Zonk tonight and chill out and catch up on some well deserved sleep. I've got a friend coming round tonight so I'm probably not going to get to bed much before 2!!! I can have a lie in tomorrow tho as I'm not out until early afternoon when I'm out to lunch with another friend. I see to be quite to social animal at the moment.
Get yourself a Tia Maria and chill.0 -
Hi GR
Hope you had a lovely night.:D
I mustered up some energy and went to asda. So at least the majority of it's done. Was blowing a gale and pouring down!
Going to bed shortly now with my hot water bottle and book.
Keep well.

Good morning Diz, hope you rested well last night and have caught up on some sleep. Night went quite well. Went to bed about half 1 and found DD curled up on my pillow. Had to share the bed with her. Not so bad though because she doesn't move so she didn't disturb me.
I done the Asda thing last night as well. Our Asda is built on the top of a mountain(or so it seems) and by the time I got home I was totally wind swepped. We can't complain about the rain though as February has been so lovely.
Hope you have a lovely relaxing Saturday. Catch you later.

Hi there Diz, hope you enjoyed your drive. It's been quite a nice day today weatherwise. Good luck with the e-bay items I hope you make a couple of pounds. Its nice sometimes just to get rid of all the clutter around the house.
Let us know how you get on.0 -
Hi GR...
well made £19 ish from ebay once fees and postage etc taken off so not bad really. I do want to try amazon but for some reason I keep thinking it's going to be too complicated. I can't get my head around the fact that even if you sell your book for a penny you still make money on postage, will have to read up on it I think.
Picked up the book 'shopaholic baby' from the library. Think it's the most recent one. Should keep me in chuckles for a while.
Hope everyones ok and doing well.

Thanks Wendy
I appreciate it. Hope you're doing well too. It took me a while to get my debt free head on and then that was it. I hope you're still taking your lunch to work Wendy

Lunch wise I have been very good other than a couple of chocolate fixes I have been taking from home or coming home to eat. Overall grocery shopping not within budget but just checked monthly progress (I go from 25th of each month) and have £200 "spare". If I can keep this to £150 by the 25th I will be over the moon. It will cover most of next months holiday spending money.
You mention low energy or lack of. If you find some can you please let me know! Got a bit of a cold and feeling a bit blue recently.
First attempt at bread making resulted in a lovely french loaf that had to be prised out of the tin. Not sure where I went wrong but it still taste lush.
Enough about me, catch up soon.:j0 -
Ooh Wendy you're doing great. I find that if I go on online banking everyday that does help to keep me from spending too much. I check back from the past month and try to be just a little ahead. It's a good boost and it's a bit like a challenge to beat the previous month. iykwim
I think there are a lot of people feeling drained at the moment, I know there are lots of people at work who could fall asleep at the drop of a hat, me included! When spring comes round Wendy I'm sure you'll feel a little better.
I love homemade bread. I've never used a breadmaker but have made it by hand. For all the effort and the amount of time it lasts...minutes...I don't know whether it's worth it. When I have made it I always make sure I grease and then flour the loaf tin, comes out really easily then.
Wendy you have a tent in your avatar. We love camping too. We had a conway cardinal folding camper which we sold not long ago, kids don't want to go camping anymore, so it just wasn't worth keeping, but I loved it. We're wondering about getting an 'evolution 600 tent' just for me, OH and DS.
Hope you feel better soon Wendy and keep up the good work.
