Hi Jackie,
At the moment all packages available for the Samsung Galaxy S3 and S4 together with those for all variants of the iPhone are set out as per our website.
In regard to other phones any discounts agreed are not usually at the level available through the Vodafone Employee Advantage scheme.
Kind regards,
Lee

Has anyone bought a refurbished iPhone from majordeal.co.uk ?
The reviews of Major Deal - on Amazon - are very good.
I'm not allowed to post links but if you Google "amazon majordeal" you will see what I mean.
Does anyone have any experience/advice?
I'm thinking of getting a refurbished iPhone 5s and putting in a cheap sim.0 -

When I said I would have to move on, just to get a better deal that is actually also with Vodafone! another rep suggested I look at the Employee Advantage scheme. This will give me 20% off my upgrade, but I'm still annoyed that they said all their deals are fixed and that they can't reduce them, which is a load of rubbish.
I might still call up to cancel to see if I get a better deal and then apply for the EAS too!
I thought customer loyalty was a thing of the past - that's one of the themes of the MSE site isn't it? You only have to look at the best bank accounts, credit cards or ISA sections to see that the common theme is to ditch and switch.
What is making you unwilling to change Jackie? Surely the thing to do if you're unhappy with the service is to move. If enough people do it, they'll feel the difference and by the time a juggernaut the size of Vodafone work out why (and make changes to their tariffs) you'll be ready to switch back
I can't understand why people stay with things they are not happy with - especially when those things come in at costs which are a significant proportion of disposable income. Sorry to sound harsh, but all you have to do is take advantage of the competition in the market place.
I'm about to do the ditch and switch. I've been with the 3 network for about 6 years and been very happy with them. However, I recently changed jobs and the reception in my new office is terrible. Furthermore, the company I work for qualifies for a discount with another provider so making them more competitive as 3 for the same products and tariffs. Thank you 3, but you're just not working for me any more.0 -

Am I missing something as this seems good to me? I'm happily using giffgaff already on my 4.5 year old iPhone 3GS.
Same here. I bought my old 3GS outright and have been with Giffgaff on their £10 pm deal. Giffgaff use O2 which has quite good coverage. Before, I was in a contract with the very awful Vodaphone whose coverage was so bad I couldn't make a phone call from my own house. Their solution was to sell me a signal booster! Anyway, my old faithful 3GS is battered and the on/off button is faulty so I'll be looking to upgrade and wondered what other people's opinions were. Everyone I know has contracts, but they have never seemed such a good deal to me.0 -
I've just contacted Vodafone for an upgrade. They couldn't even match ,let alone beat what I had found elsewhere and thats with the 20% NHS discount added. I wouldn't mind but the cheaper deal was through Carphone Warehouse on........Vodafone!!!!
Loyalty on both side is a sign of the past.0 -
Hello,
I am a new student here in Edinburgh. I want to buy a phone, specially a S5. Because I have not had an bank account in UK, I hear that I cannot make a contract for using phone and Sim:(.
I have a new bank account now.
Is there anyone here who have had this problem? What should I do?
I select Three as my favorite operator.

Yes, you can keep your own number and port it over.
I'd recommend buying your iPhone from the Apple store but online and via Top Cashback. That way you'll get a bit of money back and have an unlocked phone.
It'll be a new update since the poster saw it, so for anybody interested topcashback offer 2.1% on all apple products but the iPhone 6 and 6s.
Great tip though!0 -
Best deal that I have seen for the iphone 6 is on Tesco
£41 a month with a 16gb phone, no unfront cost
3000 mins 5000 txts 3gb data
£45 a month for a 64gb phone
plus is obviously more0 -
When are Tesco releasing the 6?
BTW, 6 Plus 64gb is £49.50, no upfront cost."Retail is for suckers"
