This is MSE. Are you sure you want to spend 1100 quid on a phone?
Renewed on Amazon iPhone 10xs Max 256 GB are available for a little over 300 quid. You probably wouldn't need to get into debt for that. Just a thought.0 -
I've a bit of a cautionary tale.....
I went solo by opting for an iPhone14 upgrade as per my monthly contract direct via Three. Much to the dissatisfaction of My wife, she immediately found the same deal, with the same company (Three) at over £20per month cheaper. Not being on it and bogged down with other stuff - I left it to after the 14 days calling off period to raise the issue with Three customer services. Bad enough was knowing I had been done over, but then the customer services agents insisting that Three don't have any offers that I describe, despite me having an email from them (now at £60 p/m up from £41p/m). Confused doesn't come near it, but feeling sore about a lack of customer loyalty after being with them for so long is also a massive understatement. It does strike me that there is something not right here in terms of pricing integrity and so on.
The info was available via MSE so should have checked there first rather that giving the pleasure of proving me wrong to my other half.
Bottom line, unless someone has any other advice, I may have to endure this rip off for a while but will be unlikely to stick with a company that has shown some pretty poor customer service and integrity.0
