Potato salad - mix together a tiny bit of crushed garlic with white wine vinegar, honey, wholegrain mustard and olive oil to taste. Pour over hot potatos. Can be eaten hot or cold. Will keep a couple of days too.

    Provencal Potatoes and Chicken
Boil the new potatoes and drain. Heat a little olive oil add the potatoes and some frozen/canned/pre cooked carrots and peas, stir fry for afew minutes then add chopped cooked chicken. (you can use those packs of cooked flame grilled or tikka chicken). Give a good stir around and let heat through for 3-4 mins. Add a stir through tomato based sauce for pasta, I usually add a jar of red pesto. Another quick stir and voila! I usually use tinned new potatoes and with tinned carrots and peas and the ready cooked chicken it makes a great camping recipe.

One of my favourites is to boil new potatoes with broccoli, then serve it with cheese on top.

Broccoli and potatoes are my favourite vegetables. Broccoli especially is extremely healthy, and the two go well together. :)

A nice cool potato salad in the summer is also very welcome.

Here is a recipe for herby roast new potatoes:

they would be nice with your pies, or, alternatively, put a grill or cake cooling rack over the tray with your potatoes in and oven cook burgers over the top of them - any drips will add more flavour! Turn the burgers once after 20 minutes.
