i like to part cook my new potatoes, then cut them into chunks and put them in a curry, the 15-20mins simmering then cooks them thru in the sauce. always good to leave a portion for work too, as the curry sauce marinades the potatoes yum yum0

We love them roasted with a little olive oil...only take about 25 mins if they are quite small.
If I have some that need using I bung in a stew with lamb etc.

im not a huge fan of new pots really but they are great roasted or even sliced & scalloped for the tops of pies. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Garlic Wedges
Leave skins on (obviiously they're new pots lol) then halve or quarter - par boil till starting to soften - drain & coat with herbs & garlic (granules seem to work best IMHO) than bake untill 'done'
Boil with lots of mint & serve with butter, or Dill & butter ot salad creme
Baby jacket potatos
Par boil & then finish off on the BBQ? - one of my favesI THINK is a whole sentence, not a replacement for I KnowSupermarket Rebel No 19:T0
