To all of you who need one or have had a carp day today.
I got home late today, tidied up and we had good old fashioned sausage egg and chips for tea. OH has picked up 4 hours overtime tomorrow so that's a little more off the OD. I am very tired tonight so I hope the little one sleeps through.
We finally got the council to move all of the trees and bushes that OH has cut down over the last 2 weeks ready to landscape the front and back gardens. Only £20 so we are both happy with that.
Anyway off for a shower and early night.

Good Evening!
I'm a bit late today, but at least that gives me a chance to read about everybody else's day.
I had my chemo, but I'm not going to say that it was my last as my consultant has told me that there is a chance that I may have to have four more  . Apparently, I have three possible routes to go, depending on my scan results.
1) All clear - go on watch and wait for the next five years.
2) Disease has shrunk - have a PET scan to determine whether there are any active cells present.
3) Disease still present - further chemo.
The scan that I had at the halfway point in my treatment was so encouraging that the consultant said that the need for further treatment was unlikely, so I felt a bit deflated after speaking to her today. However, I realise that she has to fully explain all probabilities.
thriftlady - Just wanted to say that because of my illness, I haven't had any alcohol since June. When I tell people that I'm tee total, I always hurriedly add that I've never had a problem! Can empathise with you on that one.
kyle - As awful as this may sound - you do make me laugh! Our very own version of Frank Spencer. I do hope you won't take offence at that
Finally, I want to wish everybody a very peaceful night's sleep :A0 -
