My Mum bought flannelette sheets this week in The Range, not sure what king size price is as she just bought them for the kids beds. They might have them on the website?“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0

Thanks RFTA, the ready Scotland site has some very useful information, which is presented in a very clear format. Even though I'm in Yorkshire I'm going to read it very thoroughly.Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent

I bought my daughter a kids thermal long sleeve top in there last week and it was £7! Didnt see any for £4, maybe that was the vest type?“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0 -
Where abouts in Asda did you see these? I need some but loath to pay out for the proper ones as I need to different sized pairs
They had them in the same aisle as the other winter prep stuff such as the de-icer, anti freeze, car tyre chains, etc. The shoe things are £8 a pair.Smiles are as perfect a gift as hugs...

They are the mens ones. I find them cheaper. The small or medium ones fit most womenSmiles are as perfect a gift as hugs...

Ahhh, thanks. We went to ladies and kids, but ladies were too big for her. Need some for my son though, he likes to wear them to school in the winter under his shirt and jumper.“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0 -

As I've worn them already I can't return them. However, they definitely need some insoles to stop the return of the blisters[/QUOTE]
Remember what Martin keeps telling us, things have to be fit for the purpose, mind blank and cannot remember exact words - anything that goes on your feet should not give you blisters on the bottom of them, guess you could actually argue they shouldn't on heels either, but that is another days argument - I would contact them and tell them about blisters, maybe mentioning about Martian, trading standards etc if you need to.
Good LuckNeed to get back to getting finances under control now kin kid at uni as savings are zilch

I live in an upstairs flat and I noticed how draughty it was at times so I pinned some old cushions inside the duvet at the bottom,it works as a draught excluder and gives the curtain some ballast as well. You can't see them from outside. It seems to work as my flat feels warmer and the postie can still deliver,no more nosey people looking in my door and the cats can come and go as they like!

I am wondering if it will put in an appearance this year at all? Some were saying it could be as early as this week, but nothing at all has come of that.
Clocks go back this weekendhow I flipping loathe it
Even if we don't get snow, gales & heavy rain can be treacherous and cold. My husband works on a container port & the winds are too high or the rain too heavy, decreasing visibility, the cranes can't be used to unload the containers, so we could potentially have delays with imported goods.
My campri base layers from Sports direct arrived today (actually they tried to deliver Saturday but we were out. I'd get short sleeves for me in the future as the sleeves are long on me, though I do have short arms. Got pink for me, black for DS1 & white for DS2 - he's got them on now & looks like the Stig!
Garden prep finished now except the cover for my mini greenhouse that I got in the Wilkinsons sale is too narrow so I've ordered 1 from Amazon. Got unlined curtains for the sitting room at a car boot sale - the seller had had 2 sets in their sitting room so I have them both & will sandwich together with interlining between.0
