Thats great news Scared. I've also rung them and have to ring them back next week to see if we want to take it further. I've lots of questions to ask.
Hope we can all have a less stressful life.
I've just cancelled the direct debits on 3 loans, one is due out next weekend, so I'm being prepared for being bombarded with calls from overseas.
  • wow what a difference a month can make!!

hi everyone, im writing this feeling much more relaxed and in control of things than i have been in a long time.

i made my first payment to CCCS on 1st Nov and theyre paying my creditors next week. I was so scared of being phoned all the time and threatened etc but I have to say things have been really quiet. ive had a couple of calls but when i explain about the DMP theyve been fine. im not as scared as i was tho and the meds have kicked in so if anyone does get funny with me i think i can handle it now.

thank you all so much for being there for me when i truly was at my lowest, i took on board every word and i am now so aware of every penny i spend that im actually looking forward to budgeting and knowing that what i get in the future i have saved for.

to anyone who is at the point i was at only a few weeks ago and not eating, sleeping and permanently on edge, please please make that call and get help with your debts. i know it feels like a very lonely place but honestly it isnt and the relief facing up to things brings is immense.

here's to the next chapter of my journey......xx
