this is the probelm my OH is having !! I'm more than flexible !!
he has no kids of his own , maybe thats why !!

if there is history, then this approach just undermines your OH in front of your daughter..... that's a real shame. it doesn't sound like the best way for you all to live together in a happy household. there's winning this arguement and then there's making a rod for your own back in the future...........

as i've said before, how about everyone compromises somewhere and then everyone wins?
