A spot of lavender oil on your temples will help you to de-stress (although it will make you smell like an old lady:rotfl:).

We do have good train links certainly from Brum - as you can go to Euston from New Street and Marylebone from Moor Street and probably somewhere else from Snow Hill. A coach will take about 2 hrs too depending on which one you get and some have comfy leather seats.

Well done on the debt busting and the free lunches. Free food rocks - each month I get a free 2 course dinner with coffee and mints because I am skint but I do a lot of voluntary work for the business club so they don't charge me a membership fee and won't let me pay for dinner.

    Ooh thanks, I'll try that!!

    Ooh that's a nice perk :)

I got 2 out 3 mock exams back now 61.5% on one and 52% on the other, the pass rate is 50% so at least I got that but considering I did them open book I hoped for better. I just have the one I did at the weekend to come back but I know I stuffed up that one!

Sigh more work needs to be done. Have done 2 questions tonight, will do another before The Apprentice then bed

Ok, last day of the course today. Had breakfast at home and still have more stir fry for tea tonight. Going to buy lunch from a japanese place today, they do a chicken and veg soup which is delish and not too expensive. I feel like rubbish and need something comforting to eat plus its full of veg!

My FM's mum has sent me some vitamins to help de-stress and sleep which was really sweet of her so will try those over the weekend. I have a stinking cough again, really wish I didn't have to go into the office tomorrow, will see how I feel in the morning, I'm down to ride as well which will be nice, hope this rain stops for it!

Thank you :) I've always been useless with words, but these ones are a mix of both so I'm hoping my numbers will make up for my words! haha

Oh gang! I just checked my bank balance! Thank god I'm getting paid next week, I have enough left to get me through for food but no extras and Ive spent everything I'd saved up in the online account.

It just goes to show the old habits are easy to fall back into, I know I have other things on my mind but I do totally think if i had of just been using cash as normal and not taken my card out that it would be better.

Next month, although Im not making my overpayments, I'm switching fully back to my cash technique and leaving the card at home when I leave the house. It's too easy to add extra treats into the basket at sainsburys!! I can only have spent the extra money this month on food and stuff as I haven't bought anything I shouldn't have. It's all those lunches I ate out at college excluding when could go into the office....wasted! URGH so annoyed!

At least I have no plans to stick to so I can just buy what food I need and thats it

Excuse me madame, NO negativity - we learn from our mistakes, and from this you've learnt not to take your debit / credit card in with you. As I remember from living in Camden, even the corner shop takes cards

I hereby DEMAND that you go back and look at your debt figures from when you first started this diary, and look at where you are now

(Yes I'm bossy, get used to it; I have to boss around 8 social workers and 2 nurses on a daily basis)

Also, whilst we're at it, if you're going to be earning £40,000 per year, I'm going to correct your grammar :p:

I do totally think if i had[STRIKE] of[/STRIKE] have just been using cash as normal.

Stress is no excuse for bad grammar, missy :naughty:

Now, the important stuff, what exactly are you doing to relax this weekend? (note: we need only gossip-worthy details, not anatomic descriptions)

    hahaha I love this!!!!!

OK have done as I am told - I need some bossing around sometimes! You are right, the figures are looking ace and its still going in the right direction, just a little slower!

Hehe thanks for the grammar check, no excuse for that!

Well, unfortunately nothing gossip worthy but I did have a nice ride this morning and had a good laugh with the boys but the one I want to marry wasn't in :) hehe and I mothered over one of the younger ones who cut his forehead open last night doing God knows what!

Ok, thinking positively now! Going to get a good days work in tomorrow at college (avoiding the marathon hopefully!). Payday next week, have planned out £££ and all is looking good with my minimum payment month,

    That's more like it :T

Good luck with both the college work and avoiding the marathon today. How very inconsiderate that these things require 26 miles of space that is already at a premium in our dear capital.

Couldn't agree more! After looking where the route was I decided it may be safer to stay home as college is not far from Embankment/Westminster/Waterloo area.... But had a very productive day, started around 8 and just finished, don't worry! I had an hours nap at lunch and watched a film with my FM this afternoon to break it up.

In work for 2 days tomorrow and Tuesday, then have Weds and Thurs off to study from home (I'll go horseriding these mornings too) and then Friday and Saturday I'm in college for revision course no 2 - I chose the shorter course on this one as its a less technical paper and couldn't take 4 days off work for all 3 subjects...

Spent zilcho pounds today which is a bonus, I do have a small amount left in my current account but I'm going to try and make my fiver in my purse last until Wednesday when I get paid, no reason why it shouldn't as I stocked up on food yesterday.

I MUST tidy my room on one of my days off this week too, it's a pit!!!
