Every other day usually but if I'm not going anywhere I sometimes leave it another day. My OH can go 4 or 5 days without washing his coz it doesn't get greasy. We both shower pretty much every day Savings £8,865.22 £/15,000 Aiming to save enough for a house deposit.0 Savings £8,865.22 £/15,000 Aiming to save enough for a house deposit.0

By the way, OP - I've only used Head & Shoulders a couple of times, borrowing someone else's shampoo, but I thought it was horrible stuff, that left my hair lanky and nasty. Try something else?...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

My son's 6, but his hair-washing schedule is also determined by what he's managed to get into his hair. Mud is a fave....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

It's probably a myth but I once heard that Head & Shoulders strips a layer of skin from your scalp, or something like that. I used it a couple of times and couldn't stand the feeling it gave me, my hair was "squeaky" when I ran my hand over it or squeezed the water out, I know they say squeaky-clean but it wasn't nice!0
