The only place I've bought books from is Amazon and it seems quite reasonable - I copied the following straight from Amazon:
I Can Make You Thin (Book and CD) by Paul McKenna (Paperback - 31 Jan 2005)
Buy new: [STRIKE]£10.99[/STRIKE] £6.59
I put an order in and followed it to the end (without ordering it cos I've already got it!) to see how much postage would be - 1st class = £2.75 so the total is £9.34
But if you need any other books and the order goes over £15 then you get free delivery if you choose SuperSaver option.
I don't know if any MSE bargain spotters can suggest anywhere else to buy it from...?You should never call somebody else a nerd or geek because everybody (even YOU !!!) is an"anorak" about something whether it's trains, computers, football, shoes or celebs:rotfl:

lottee wrote:Mics_Chick, if you can, put GMTV on, Mr McKenna is on shortly & it sounds like he will be discussing the weight loss idea/program
Looks like he's on every morning this week.
Watched This Morning this morning (!) apart from first 10 mins and didn't see anything about Paul Mckenna - did I miss it or was he only on yesterday???You should never call somebody else a nerd or geek because everybody (even YOU !!!) is an"anorak" about something whether it's trains, computers, football, shoes or celebs:rotfl:

I watched it on breakfast t.v. and tried the technique to put myself off crisps as I cannot stop picking at them.
So far I have not touched the crisps.
(Have snacked on other stuff though!)
Could take ages to use the technique on chocolate, sweets, biscuits, toast, pastry etc. etc.!"This site is addictive!"

I used one of his techniques to stop myself craving chicken fried rice from the chinese (from memory, it involved picturing it with pubic hair in it!!) - it worked, 12 months on and I can't stomach any kind of fried rice type dishes."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
