just a heads up that anything with a price drop ticket on is probably out of date now! (besides the odd item of fruit and veg and other things)but 90% of the stuff for the next price drop doesn't start until 29th from looking online. So that includes peppers which say 60p, mostly likely get charged 72p etc..
  • Been to MrT at T0wc35t3r and N0rth@mpt0n (E Hun5bury) today. Tow still have several of the old 1p bargains (Glennans veggie crisps, 100 Splendas and Spontex Scourer/sponges). Nothing else though and nothing at all in N0rth@mpt0n (as usual).

Rubbish trip to T*p V*alley, N*tts today. No xmas bargains left, no mars bars.
Got excited by ood sels on phones but all scanned at the cheaper price so no dtd to be had.
Was going to get the finest meal deal where the wine compares with asda for JTD but the wine noted was from the Tesco finest range - so how can asda compare it?????? Worked for a couple of people I know but didn't want to take the risk as i wouldn't have paid £5 for all the things in the offer.
Scanned lots of clipstrip items but nothing.
Got some nappies as I had money off vouchers so hoping maybe when I do price check asda may be cheaper so I might get somethnig as a bit of a wasted trip with no bargains and a lasagne for tea that wasn't very nice :(

I can confirm that the Tesco Meal Deal wine is the Finest range wine and it does price check, I have had two since the meal deal change this month.

Double check on mysupermarket. (not on the iphone app tho)

Thanks, may be brave and get it next time I visit then as I didn't find a deal that I could justify paying £10 for (as i still have wine form the offers before xmas), but if I get the dtd back then its just over £6.50 and I can justify that it's all worth that.
  • Wahey got my first 1p tesco bargain!!!!!! The little bags of Cadbury Xmas tree decorations are still scanning at 1p in my local store.

I was so excited, how sad my life has become :rotfl::rotfl: but ain't it great :rotfl::rotfl:

Just got my JTD voucher back for £3.29

Making the £10 Meal Deal really good value.

The Red Wine gives the JTD.
