  • I had remained sweet and calm earlier in the day when I asked for DTD so the joy for me was returning knowing I had been right and her and the manager had not got away with the lies. she gave me my DTD and said I now have no guarantee as DTD voids any rights.
    Yeah right Mrs!!!
?do these people get a bollocking cos the price is wrong then?if not why the fuss:D cracker by the way:money: i missed out on my very 1st find this afternoon:(
  • DTD today on a BT stratus 1500 2 pack telephone. SEL £60 (or £59.99 maybe). Came up as £124.99. CS insistent that I was only due a refund not DTD as the offer was out of date. Rang HO who gave me a reference number and they phoned store to advise I was coming back. No eye contact as she begrudgingly gave me DTD!!!! Bar code ends 612590
to get the DTD you 1st have to pay the £124.99.then they give you back what ever?is that right.

In the xmas aisle they had Quality Street purple bars 65p each or 4 for a £1! I bought 12!

These have been 10p in Sainsburys and 16p in Co-op

DTD today on a BT stratus 1500 2 pack telephone. SEL £60 (or £59.99 maybe). Came up as £124.99.

I saw the 3 pack of BT stratus 1500 yesterday, with an out of date SEL (ended 22 Jan) and thought of you lot:money:. So perhaps HO forget to add this make to the list of 'remove the SEL' for the branch staff?

As the normal price for the 3 pack is £169.99, I calculated DTD on the 3 pack would be free phones and £5.01 for taking them away. I hope some more of you find them before they realise.

Forgot to say: I had a play with the scanner and the phones scanned at the full price.
RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

  • yes that is correct

means carolfunkydiva just got paid £130 ;)... so in essence got paid £5.01 to take them away :j

I found loads of the Disney Princess stockings today, took 16 as party bags but beeped at till as product recall and told the item could not be sold. This is the second time that has happened to me recently over 1p items. I guess my store must be on the ball :(

Don't you just love getting one over on them? I would take them back tomorrow for a refund. If you have to call HO they would confirm that you are entitled to a refund of £59.99. The DTD you received doesn't invalidate any guarantee. Half of the DTD is a refund so the correct price is charged and the other half is compensation for being over charged. So by rights you are still entitled to a refund of £59.99!!! Go get um....

    I can't believe it... I got a DTD:D

    Epsom 3 in 1 printer

SEL said save £50.00 only £49.97

The end of aisle was at 99.97 but a few in the main aisle still had SEL displayed. I was charged £99.97, give DTD £100.00 back no questions or arguments

This was at N***on **cli**e but SEL removed
