Yes, Misprice & DISCUSSION thread, we are DISCUSSING what some people are doing with their Tesco grabbits!

Stop waffleing about what people are getting and doing with their finds and moaning about them. I sell a lot of the items I get to friends and family but anything that is surplus may end up on Ebay. They then get it cheaper than they perhaps would have done from elsewhere. It's nobody else's business what I do with what I get so get on with finding stuff but remember to help others by reporting finds. Remembering of course to give as much info as possible to help find them.
Just posting thing like "I got one too for £20" is not very helpful.

Please keep on topic as much as possible!

Not meaning to be rude but did you miss the "AND DISCUSSION" part? :)

I think it's always the best bit of the Tesco's threads until it gets nasty... :p

I don't care what you do with your stuff but it seems a bit naughty to sel megablocks for 25 quid plus p&p when they really cost less in the store! same with the barbie car...

if we only post the misprices it will end up on page 5+ and noone will find it again

and most of us love the "success stories" anyway

Have to agree with above! It clearly states & DISCUSSION. If people wish to discuss their opinions about items - thats their business - not yours! We are well within our rights to be morally upset with people who sell items on ebay for a profit (then discuss it)!
It only takes a moment to say a Thank-You, which goes a long way! :D

I quite agree. Of course you are, but going on about it again will only clog up this thread with a "load of dross". It's all been talked about before in the previous 11 threads! Discussing Ebay etc. is irrelevant to this thread and is usually the people moaning who missed out because they were "too slow out of the blocks" or items were never in their store anyway. Some of the items are rare and difficult to find and you have to spend time and effort to find them. If you want the moderators to close this thread again then you are going the right way about it.

oh dear, it for sure won't be closed because ebay discussion :p

and it's not cause we "missed out" on something(I got most of the bargains but I don't get it in 10s or 20s just one or two that I know I'll use or can make a gift for friends/family) it's because they don't even sell it for decent price but dearer then Tesco's normal price!

PS. I don't think it's part of henlans stash :p he/she had muuuch more... probably still doing car boot sales with it :rotfl:

We are not all going to agree all the time but I am now adding more CRAP to the thread which was the point I was trying to make in the first place! I appreciate it states DISCUSSION but try and keep them to the point of the thread.

And your replies and comments are helping with this 'dross' how exactly?

Some of us have only recently joined this thread and havent been on previous ones which you refer to! So please do not make assumptions that you believe we should all be aware of.

Furthermore, unless you are 'moderating and own' this thread, I'll take my chances at posting comments and discussions thanks!

  • OK, all calm down now :)

This is going to be my last post regarding this...

But when I get free items, I dont and would not sell them to friends and family, I would give it to them... Like Ive done with the batteries, Dettol hand wash, dove deodorant, cereal, Mega blocks, bleach etc etc.. I got them (most of them for free) I would never charge anyone for items that I had walked out without having to pay a penny for...
May I add, if I went to the local shop and was given the wrong change, I would say so... Tesco... No I wouldnt...

Thats my last comment on the matter..
