Home firesides/fires galore illegally trading

I am devastated to hear that this site is a fraudulent one.
I ordered a fire from these people on the 13th September and did get an email back confirming my order. I contacted them again a couple of weeks later and they sent another email saying that the fire would be despatched and would receive this. Nothing has arrived. I have since sent 3 emails and phoned them but the number just rings out. I wish i had used moneysavingexpert before and checked the site out but i didnt think .... it looked so professional.
Thank goodness i paid by credit card and hopefully am covered......i have lost faith now in ordering online.....0 -
Would suggest the OP change the title of the thread to something like
Home Firesides SCAM and RIP OFF so this shows in the goole results rather than
Home firesides/fires galore illegally trading Praise, Vents, Warnings0 -
I too have become another victim of the home fireside scam. Ordered a stove on 9th october, went to check my emails yesterday morning and hadn't received anything. I tried phoning all morning - no answer or engaged. So i decided to google the company and couldn't believe that i had been stitched up. I rang the bank immediatley and they said that the payment was pending and that they would reverse it. This morning went to get a statement from the bank and it had been taken out! I am having to try and claim it back now through the visa debit fraud department. Hope i can get the money back some day:o(. I can't believe i have become a victim of such a scam, having researching meticulously the stove i wanted, failed to research the company i ordered it with. Feel such a fool. Feel like hiring a hitman!!!!0

It's an outrage that the website is still live and taking orders.
What a joke.0 -
this man and his site? Absolutely nothing! It's ridiculous that anyone can pay google enough to keep his site at the top of the google list and Google won't/can't do anything despite him being a fraudster. And each day more people are being scammed!0

Ordered a fire from homefiresides.com on 23 September. Nothing delivered and I can't get response to phone calls and emails. I'm going to try to get my money back through the credit card company. I wish I had checked for a scam first.0

Thank you, thank you, I was about to order then thought I ought to check Home Firesides Ltd/Firesgalore out first. A link to this thread came up on page 1 of a google search.
You have saved me a lot of grief and it is much appreciated.0 -
