I havent bought anything specifically maternity trouser wise. I have regular tracksuit bottoms and yoga pants as they all have stretchy waists for comfort and sit just below bump. Havent needed to buy any in larger sizes or anything. Am 36 weeks now and could probably do with a bump band more so dont flash my tum when sitting down/standing up, but with 5 weeks to go i dont want to spend any money!

Just have maternity tops. Vests, long sleve and short sleve, i think £12 for a 3 pack a newlook.

Lucky!! I've put on a bit of weight. Not loads, but am a size 14 now. And even my maternity jeans aren't super comfy sitting behind a compute upright for 8 hrs. And i'm in my trackies all the time now, even when we go out for anything haha

Just a reminder - Philips Avent 3 in 1 steriliser is on Amazon Black Friday sale in 5 min! (if anyone is interested)

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/deals-offers-savings/b/ref=amb_link_161932547_2?ie=UTF8&node=350613011&pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=right-csm-1&pf_rd_r=1RXVMC67JTA7YE922MEB&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=262815527&pf_rd_i=468294

It is £21.99, so I think a very good deal. And even thought I promised to OH not to buy anything baby related until Christmas, I decided to go for this one. As I had £15 gift voucher as well, only paid £6.99!!!!

...... thanks for the reminder, was going to wait before buying one of these but I fell off the wagon again and bought one :rotfl:I have no restraint...

I think its more a case of the weight i lost in early pregnancy (went down a dress size by 14 weeks) countering the weight gain since than anything else! lol

I wear hubbys trackies alot now too. I guess they are 34/36" waist but stretchy. :-) Oh and his jumpers! I couldnt bring myself to buy lots of bigger sized jumpers to accomodate bump so i wear his! I think mens jumpers are designed for a bit of give for "beer bellys". :-)

Mozzy I honestly believe they are the type who think the stork brings babies and money grows on trees. My OH tried to explain why he wouldn't be going, i.e money and it's a bit crap leaving a pregnant lady in on her own at Christmas on a Saturday night. So there solution, oh bring her along. Barrell of laughs that would be...

Sammy I bought 2 pairs of Maternity jeans, and at the moment I'm hating both, one pair is too baggy at the legs, and the other are just too baggy around the middle, even when on the tightest hook thing. I'm still managing on with 2 pairs of pre maternity jeans, I just have to wear them really low down now as opposed to where they're supposed to be :o

Hi everyone. Trying to catch up the last few days of posts. My due date was yesterday 22nd Nov and still here - just a waiting game as did not get this far the last time as was early. Fingers crossed it makes an appearance before the next midwife appointment next tuesday but baby will come when ready. Need to try to finish writing my christmas cards and only a few christmas presents to buy otherwise they will just get money.

Hope you are all ok and bearing up well.

... its mse though as dont have to buy any sterilising liquid, it works fast and can put different shape bottles in so dont have to stick to advent, we dont have a microwave hence why I jumped on it. My hubby knows though as I spent so long messing about with my basket I messed it up soI had to ring him before using his account:rotfl:he was at work so he could not object anyway :rotfl: I have already got some sterilising liquid but thats not the point!!!!!!! This will hopefully make life easier as I want to try and express if I can so hubby can help.

For £100 we could both have a rather lovely meal, together or we could go to a Christmas Party Night at a Holiday Inn... it's such a tough decision. As it happens that £100 will be used for baby things that we actually need. I feel quite bad really, as I know
OH would probably like to go, but you have to do what your finances allow.

Speaking of which, there's a shop around the corner from us, a florists who are renting out pre decorated Christmas Trees, and I totally want to do it. We don't have a Christmas Tree, we don't want to buy one as we don't have room to store it after the festive period and most of all I can't be a$$ed putting one up and sorting out decorations etc. I'm normally a proper Christmas scrooge too, so may end up doing this :o we went in and had a look today, and they really are beautiful.
