I'm up for a 'New baby' thread, 0-1year?
I'll want all the support I can get then, I know that bit is lots worse than pregnancy!!
After that it's alot more fun & it gets better & better! (In my opinion anyway!)
Yeah, i was thinking something around 0-6 months, 0-9 months or 0-1 yr.. early, no idea whats going on kind of days.:rotfl:

I think 0-1 is good, because you can ask baby related questions on there, so even at 9m-1yr some still breastfeeding? Those not sleeping through night, and if it's in that older few months, but more of an 'older child' problem then people would pop over to parenting thread?

Babies all go at different speeds, weaning, waking, daytime naps, crawling, walking etc. Then again I say this like I remember properly, it's been 6yrs since I've done this! Maybe those who have done it recently would give a better age frame?

Just had to trek 15 miles to pick up lanky teen from a friend's house, so had chips on the way back, yum! And Tesco posh ice cream when I got home again, double yum! The choc extremist is a bit like a brick and won't come out of the tub, but the cookie dough is lovely! :D

That's the one, I think it's a Tesco brand, but to be honest I didn't look too closely at the tub, I was too busy chiselling it out. :D By the time I remembered to collect mine, they were on 2 for a fiver, so I had to get 2! :D
  • Ohh dear ladies I have been neglecting reading the thread! Been so busy lately and very tired. Just read back for the last few pages. We went to an NHS Antenatal Question and Answers session yesterday which was actually very good. Found out about how we go about getting into the birthing centre, what to expect during labour, types of pain relief etc etc....although could have done without seeing the forceps and diagrams !

Im now looking into a tens machine to hire / buy - has anyone used one before or have you ordered one to rent - any suggestions on which are best? I have looked on the boots website as I thought at least I would get some points but its not much.
