I know, it's awful, I don't even feel that "big" really, so I don't know how some people are managing. Snapped at OH last night as he asked in a sarcastic tone "What are you attempting to do" I was trying to get out of bed to go to the toilet!! :mad:

Looking into one of those big sleep pillows today, does anyone know if you can get them that'l help me sleep and double up as a feeding pillow at a later date or is that wishful thinking?

Heehee, mine said the same when I got into bed! He said I sounded out of breath. Hello! It takes effort to do even the small things now!

I have noticed that baby boy gets very active when one of my cats is purring against my belly! Lots of movement and kicks!

I'm always out of breath these days, and he's shocked that I am. Or when my pelvis hurts, "oh it can't be that bad, it's preparing you for birth" Yeah thanks for that one.

phone the midwife and she wants to do GTT tomorrow! she agreed that what the consultant had said was very confusing and said to come in tomorrow and chat about it all

Morning ladies. Today's posts are brought to you by the letter O, and the word OW!

Still having period-type cramps and backache, but not bad enough to go to hospital (which OH was hoping for since it's his last day of work before his annual leave). Hoping mum gets back to me soon and isn't working today, not relishing the idea of going to the MW on the bus, and deffo not driving the 9 miles to the town...

No such luck Gilly the midwife asked me to fast from midnight which rattles my cage as last time i was told to fast from 8pm!!!

Jenjade I honestly don't think I could cope if I was asked to fast from 8pm. All I can do these days is stuff my face. You could just go in and say you've not done it and you don't want the test! 5 weeks isn't going to make much difference now.

I fell asleep last night with OH's pillow wedged under my bump and it was sooo comfortable... I should have just gone and got a pillow off the spare bed but they're feather pillows in there and I don't like the smell of them so I just used his... Luckily (?) I then woke up when he came to bed and gave it back, otherwise he would have wondered where it was!

So anyway... I have been thinking of getting one of the long pillows, rather than a dream genii one and you can still use it for breastfeeding after I think.
