Lovecrafting is PG and nearing the end of her wedding planning. MancBird is due within the next few weeks, and is just starting to plan a last minute wedding before her bubs arrives..

i've used about 6 or 7 packs of size 1. baby is 4 weeks and he is now needing the next size. R was born weighing 8lb 13.5 so a big baby and is proberly nearly 11lb now ( he was 10 lb , 10 days ago and has really grown since then)

as for my little man, well he not so little now. but he is absoltluy perfect. he getting the hang of sleeping all night which is a godsend, waking up a couple of time a night was a killer. he is very laid back , but does love to be snuggled and cuddle. so if in prams or bouncer etc he likes to be tucked up. it so sweet.

He is a real mixture of our 3 other children, his eyes are the deepest blue ever and so beautiful.

sorry i've not had chance to read all the way back through, don't get on pc much and on my iphone i hate browsing the web unless there is a app for it :rotfl:

Me! I'm due in 3 weeks and am planning to get married before then. Very small and quiet wedding, just the two of us and two witnesses Going to the registry office on Monday to give notice and then will hopefully be getting married 2 weeks on Wednesday. I'm due the following Saturday

JCR Pigpen had a little girl, no name as yet, she was born yesterday night and is a pettite little thing weighing in at 5lbs 4oz. she posted the pics and baby details on facebook so dont think she will mind me sharing with you ladies :j

Im doing much better today, very tired but feeling good, went and got waxed today so that made me feel more human to start with. Skint cat my waxer had no issues whatsoever with doing the bikini line, so think it is down to the individual waxer. however she point blank is refusing to give me a massage whilst pregnant so i need to cancel that appointment.

We have been and ordered the carpet for the nursery today and it gets fitted in 2 weeks time Ooooh the excitement is too much!! :rotfl:

I'm more excited for the carpet than I am that we got our holiday dosh today!

I also went to Boots and got some free swimmers and 2 starter packs with my vouchers. Going to pop in again tomorrow and get some more.

Jenjade, I think generally you use roughly 2 packs of nappies per week, and how long baby will be in first size range will depend on his/her weight when born. I would say roughly 8-10 packs of the first size should be enough, and the pack sizes tend to overlap in terms of weight range. Keep some vouchers so you can go back and get some more 1st size starter packs if need be when baby is here?

I'm starting to worry I haven't got enough packs of nappies :eek:
I'm not sure how many first size I've got, maybe 5 or 6 packs, but the second size goes 7-13lb and I've got 6 of those (going to get some more over next few days to make it up to 10 packs). 3rd size is 9-20lb and I've got 20 of those, size 4 is 15-31lb and I've got 4 of those in Huggies, but another 14 in Pampers which go up to 40lb. So in total I've got about 50 packs of nappies stored in my loft. I thought I surely must have enough to cover a full year, but obviously not, as that will only cover approximately half of the nappies we will need :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: Best get stockpiling them!! OH will have a fit :rotfl:

Des anyone know how long packets of baby wipes keep for unopened? Any wipes vouchers I might just keep to use next year as I've got tons of packs and I'm worried about them drying out :eek: Plus I'm running out of space to store them and Asda usually have the Huggies on for £1 anyway, and if not Home Bargains do.

Yu will have to book with a ante natal massage therapist if you want a massage. I had one and it was lovely

yeah i am getting married on friday and am allegidly due in april (they will change this by at least 4 weeks when i have my scan)

they last years and years unopened, i found my baby bag the other day from when dd3 was newborn (she is 4) and theres still nappies and wipes in there.
