Personally I would defrost it first, if only to reduce the amount of time it needs to heat up... Otherwise you probably risk burning the outside while the middle is still frozen:j Debt Free 27.07.2011!! :j0

Good thinking, I'll whip it out of the freezer! I was just concerned about bacteria but its already been cooked once and as long as its red hot I should hopefully be ok! If it tastes dodgy, I'll give it to hubby and make something else for me!! :rotfl::heart2: Newborn Thread Member :heart2:

As long as it's hot all the way through to the middle you'll be fine. And that will be easier to achieve if it's defrosted first.
I love shepherd's pie, it's one of my favourites:j Debt Free 27.07.2011!! :j0 -

Is there enough Shepherds pie for me?
I've left out some bolognese to defrost but pie sounds yummier.

I have loads of garlic bread, it's the one thing I never get sick of eating, I could eat it all day every day. Not sure the OH would appreciate that though
Going to make a lasagne tomorrow, I need to get some little foil containers to put the leftovers in to freeze, so can't make it until I get more of thoseThe frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
