i usually express from about 2 weeks, i express and freeze so OH can help out with feeds, or who ever comes over lol ive only ever lasted a couple of months breastfeeding and dont think i would of lasted that long if i hadnt expressed as i get really painful. i always fount i expressed better in the bath as well, think the warm water helps the flow. and then hubby nips up to grab the pump etc and sorts it all out for me. x


oooh not sure about paint, ive been doing quite a bit of painting didnt even think about it

As far as I know paint is safe Lovecrafting I think any doubt is from the old days when they used to put lead in paint so be careful if you're stripping any old gloss paint but bog standard emulsion should be fine. My midwife didn't say anything when I went to see her covered in yellow paint at 16 weeks either

im sure it will be fine, i will just make sure the house is well ventolated and i take regular breaks etc

yeah, and people do there nurseries etc all the time so im sure it will be fine, thanks hun

You'll be fine with paint - the fumes might make you feel a bit wobbly though! Piggers we want birth story and name come on!!

Bump is wriggling for England honestly she is going beserk! Hasn't stopped the last hour my belly is stretched beyond belief i think shes going to rip her way out soon like Alien! :eek:
