WAXED? ARE YOU CRAZY!!!!!! is it not enough that your going to be shoving a 7lb+ baby out of it you want to yank at it to?! lol
No im definitley not up for asking OH either lol theres things he can see and things he cant - me with a razor is one of those in the "cant" category!! Have screamed at him no end of time to vacate the bathroom when he's decided to just walk in!
This is what i had with DD1: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Tixylix-Child-Monitor-Night-Light/dp/B000NISN0I
it did the job lol
Think i might just let OH pick one - he said he is paying for it anyway so . . lol
on a side note - i know caffine is "bad" for you - BUT those who are suffreing morning sickness - COSTA COFFEE GINGERBREAD LATTE nom nommy new "craving"

As for 'maintaining', I find it easiest to put towels on the bed or bathroom floor, get razor and jug of water handy, lay down with knees up and do it like that. Bump gets in way otherwise. Lol0

oooh might try that redhead.
Kandboys, I am very uninformed, the midwife comes at you with a razor!!!!! She most certainly is not, that is the only time I WILL be getting OH to do it!!!! Rather him than her!! Imagine getting a male midwife, oooh how super embarrassing.
OMG gingerbread lattes already, I looooove them, starbucks do something similar too, think I might be popping into the city sometime soon!
Have changed my bedding and think I may well put some clean jarmies on and snuggle up in bed for the rest of the evening, mind you I haven't had any tea and could really do with some at some point, hmmmm what to have, have already had two bowls of cereal today, can't have another one.... oh have spring rolls in the freezer, they'll do nicely.0 -

:rotfl:! This was for a c-section. But I guess the moral of the story is make sure you are tidy down there in case you end up with a c-section and the midwife has to sort it out with a dry razor !!!Thank you to everyone for sharing competitions!0 -
I'm still horrified Kandboys. I have to say I know im going to struggle with people prodding about with 'my bits' just generally, am rather a private person....:o but I know im really not going to have a choice in the matter lol, apparantly your dignity goes out of the window..... really not looking forward to that:o:(0

Toniq - well done on getting to V day!, as my consultant keeps telling me, now it's time to relax and enjoy being pregnant. I have started to calm down a bit, but I think it's going to take me a lot more practice. I have just started to tell people I'm pregnant which has been a bit of a leap of faith for me.
- I find I now have to sleep in bra and pants, so I would imagine I will continue that trend, I did just buy a nighty for hospital.
mini- luckily my husband helps me keep up with the maintanance, so I'm lucky, my friend used to go to a spa/salon to get her maintanance. My town has a beauty training college which is supposed to be much cheaper than a salon, but I'm not sure I'm game for that at the moment. I'm dreading the day when DH has to do my toenails, as I have a bit of a weird foot thing.
- We will probably go for the angel care sensor system as I'm paranoid.
Missymoo- Gingerbread lattes are lush, I keep hoping to see the pumpkin spiced latte too, but it seems the only do them on the other side of the Atlantic:ANeeding to save all the money, lots of MSE learning still to do
DS Born Jan 2012, Baba number 2 due in June 20140 -
My OH has been shaving my legs and down there for a few weeks
It's not particularly dignified but it's either that or be hairy
haha
The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -

It really does hun!! Things you will look back on and be mortified about you really don't care about at the time. I remember with DS2 a healthcare assistant taking out the cathether and helping me on with my falling apart manky pants and a maternity pad!!! So embarrassing when you look back but at the time who cares :rotfl:Thank you to everyone for sharing competitions!0 -
