Yeah i bought the little lambs before she was born and the bumgenius about 10 days ago. I used disposables exclusively for about 2.5 weeks til i got my head around being a mum, especially cos i'm breasfeeding, then started only using disposables at night but washables during the day cos i worried the disproportionately larger bum would be uncomfortable to sleep on. I'm now fully on washables, she is just over 4 weeks old and getting on for 9lbs, although i still keep some disposables in the travelling out and about change bag for convenience.

Pp,she's absolutely gorgeous- congratulations again!

Anyone with SPD.... Turned over in bed last night and heard a cracking sound from my plevic area (sorry!).... Since then it's become a whole new level of interesting towalk, and sitting is a complete nightmare. I'll guess it's just went up a stage?

Yeah, SPD's starting to get a bit worse.... The cracking sensation was new though! It's now just pinging all day on me really, but first thing in the day and later on in the evening, it's getting quite sore now....
I can do most stuff still- but twisting and turning is out. As is standing up on my own, getting out of a car without having to think it through, and lifting heavier stuff!

Pigpen - She is beautiful, I hope everything is going well.

thetope - You have finally eased my concerns over usings washables. Everyone I have mentioned it to (who havent used them) was really negative so I was beginning to doubt my decision. Im going to order a few different sorts to try until i find my favorites.

I dragged the bump around Belfast shopping yesterday - omg it nearly killed me! I think the xmas shopping will be an online affair this year! Still got quite a few bits and used some gift vouchers that i have had for ever so it was a very productive and MSE day!

I hope everyones aches and pains ease, labour vibes to the boldies xxx

morning all,

29 weeks today

went to town yesterday to pick up a playpen and top cot changer i won off ebay. Really pleased with it. Also got loads more huggies newborn packs for between free and 50p.

loads of people in town i was talking to yesterday said they thought i was due this week and that i am huge! i must take another pic. I cant see this baby waiting until Dec 18th!

I'm finding it more difficult to turn in bed, it's not painful just the actual trying to move takes a good while longer than it used to

I feel really impatient today, I want my baby now!
