  • I'm on iron tablets too jenjade :( I find them hard to take as they make me really constipated :( I'm meant to take 3 a day but struggle with them! I'm having fruit and fibre for breakfast with orange juice and am snacking on prunes...chocolate Orange sounds like a much better idea though :p I'm seeing the doctor on Thursday and the midwife told me to ask for lactulose.

My mam has just rung me to tell me that two of my aunties have been round with lots of hand knitted clothes for baby :) Apparently there are three little outfits, each with a cardigan, hat, mittens and pram blanket and a beautiful baby shawl too :) can't wait to see them, I love hand knitted clothes and think tiny babies look gorgeous in them :)

She's also going to get me a lampshade to match the nursery from the place where she works. They do beautiful nursery accessories and I remember her getting my niece a gorgeous teddy lampshade when she was born. She said they do a gorgeous farmyard one so think she is going to get us that :) Flump is going to be so spoiled :)

Let me know if there is one, Gilly in our Mothercare? I can swing by Newtownabbey on my way home.

We'l probably be going to the Belfast one, it's Monday, 6pm-8pm. Annabella got there before me :p

I'm having some awful pains tonight, not sure if it's wind or not, but it's very low down, I'm so umcomfy :(

Just got OH to shave my legs for me, bending hurts. Bless him, he did not look happy :o

You're about to pop, it's the least he can do :p

I'm only 21 weeks! He has another 19 weeks of this. He actually made a very good job of it.

I *really* should do something about my leg hair... It's getting a bit  Although, having said that, has anyone noticed their hair growth slowing down? I shaved under my arms a few days ago and it's not grown back at all, whereas normally I have to go over them every couple of days. But there's no stubble at all. But then my fingernails, which normally grow really slowly, are having to get trimmed and filed every week as I can't keep on top of them! Go figure!

My OH has been doing this for me since I was 20 weeks, bless him. He's even offered to *ahem* trim the topiary  but I told him I'd rather go to the beauticians!

Have just cooked a bostin' curry. Can't wait to munch it. I've been craving curry like mad, but it has to be home cooked. (about 3 months ago I found half a boiled curried egg in my take-away. Put me of Indian take-aways and eggs!)

Hope you're all having/have had yummy dinners :)

Annabella apparently that means you're having a girl, my hair is growing at an amusing rate, I could do under my arms twice a day probably, luckily I can manage that :D

Mamamoo makes me feel a bit more normal :D I had curry tonight, but couldn't eat it, what a waste of ingredients and time :(

Off topic, my mum just phoned to moan for a good 20 minutes, about her job and how bad her blood pressure is, then as soon as I was talking about me I'm pretty sure she cut me off, seriously f**** me off!

  • Mamamoo. Our takeaway puts boiled eggs in Jalfrezi and Tikka Masala dishes. I wondered what it was the first time I found one. Now I just ask them to leave it out. Too weird. X

I watched the British bake off programme. Loved the sound of that savoury Danish pastry, the one with goats cheese and bacon. Mmmmm.

Did inspire me to get off my behind and make cupcakes. OH now has peppermint chocolate cupcakes and DD pink sparkly mini chocolate cupcakes. I have chocolate and buttercream butterfly buns. My fave :)

Used galaxy hot chocolate powder in them and they taste amazing.

One of my workmates had a baby tonight, she's been in labour for almost 2 days  but babys here now and both safe so every one is happy. Can't wait to see them both. X
