  • Glad to see you back on here RWB :) hope everything goes well and that you are able to relax and enjoy the remainder of your pregnancy (although I know you will probably find this difficult) xxx

Caroline, I do have a birth ball so will try leaning over it etc. Really want this little man to get in a good position, a few of my friends have had back to back labours and the tales they have told me make me want to go

We have built the cot bed this afternoon and put the border etc up in the nursery :) looking lovely in there now, but still need to get curtains and a lightshade. No real rush though as baby is going to be in with us at first :) I'm planning to make my own curtains so am on the look out for some fabric I can use to make them and also a matching quilt for the cotbed.

OH has been stripping down a chest of drawers that he is going to paint to go in the nursery. He's made a really good job of it so far so I'm trying to get him to strip down another 2 chest of drawers that are in our bedroom and the spare room.

My back and bum are really painful tonight :( midwife reckons baby is pressing on some nerves there so I have taken some paracetamol and might get a hot water bottle on there. I had a big cry earlier because I was feeling sorry for myself and I managed to overcook some mince when I tried to defrost it in the microwave (forgot to take it out of the freezer this morning). It went a bit funny and smelt odd so I had to throw it away as the smell knocked me sick :( don't think oh was impressed but I made us a nice tuna and mushroom pasta bake instead so my reputation as a domestic goddess (ha, who am I trying to kid?!?) is still intact :p

Just watching the great British bake off at the moment, really want some cake now!!!

I love the Great British Bake Off, those pastries look amazing. I'm over dosing on chocolate tonight.

Just measured my b00bs to get nursing bra's and it doesn't sound right to me! I've got 'more than a handful' and have been wearing 38D bra's for as long as I can remember - now online charts are telling me I'm a 46A - is that even possible?! :o

I can't find any nursing bra's that are that size

My baby (and the lanky teen) demanded cake, so we just made mini choc muffins with orange and lemon slices on them. Only out of a packet, but still, I cooked something for once! :D Lanky teen is now asking for some of the proper stuff I used to cook.

Skint Catt, those online charts are rubbish. Last time I tried one it said I was a 36B, when I went to the shop and tried a few, I was a 34FF. I've now bought a 36FF, but I'm not sure I need it, I think the cheap nursing bras I've been buying just aren't comfy. The new one feels like it is tight even if I have it so I can get my hand under the band!
