I have a doctors appointment at 11.30am today. might phone HR and get some advice in a bit

Elyssia is lovely- Elysian Fields! It's very good, there's so much history in Greek names.

I had an app with the midwife this morning- baby is fine, a bit incensed at being listened to- gave a massive wallop! Is measuring big, which is both reassuring and a tad worrying. I got complimented on a perfect bump, so must be doing alright.

I'm a bit squirrel-like today- lunch will be nuts, fruit, and carrot sticks.....

Hi Piggers! Lovely name hope DS3 is on the mend and home soon!

Got DS sorted with the dietician (he's coeliac, which I can manage but his father won't listen to me so we have to do these things so KH can look like a concerned father...he reported me to social services for "starving" DS because I stopped giving him bread...) but when I got parked at the hospital, opened my wallet only to find I'd left my purse at home!!! I just couldn't believe it. Ended up in floods of tears in the hut begging for forgiveness from the parking nazis! They made me ring DH and got him to pay the £2.30 over the phone before they would let me out!!

So stress levels are pretty high, bump is seriously unimpressed at being forced into jeans to venture into public, I've just had a little more show and I'm in agony from all the walking! Going to get changed, sit down, eat biscuits and sob into my coffee for a bit

Hugs Winnie what a**holes those parking people were. for godness sake it is only a few quid!

I am 28 (and a half) weeks now and baby seems to be moving less is that normal? she was going mad last week in there this week she has been moving so i am not to worried just nothing like as much

Jen, did you talk to the doc yet?

Winnie, I don't bother with jeans. My outfits are-

Lounging around the house- Mothercare yoga pants and a tshirt
Smart- Mothercare yoga pants and a slightly smarter tshirt
Everything else- Mothercare yoga pants and whatever seems to suit.

They are very comfy, and are plain enough to wear as the bottom half of my suit in work!

Winnie, over the parking guys, I'd have been tempted to sit on the parking nazis if it was me. I'd weigh enough now to make it uncomfortable......

just phone HR they are not happy and have told me they will phone my manager and that there will not be a meeting Thursday pm... lol off to the doctors now. i feel really tearful when i talk about it and i hate it

Thanks Jen I just couldn't believe they were so horrible!

I'd mention to the doctor that her movements have slowed a little. Its probably nothing to worry about. I was about 30 weeks when this one started making less movements but the movements he did make were very deliberate and a lot stronger than before!

Good luck at the docs BTW
