Bit much to expect you to go every couple of days  my Surgery is like about 30 steps from my front door but they never run on time, its far too warm and it's full of people coughing and spluttering. I'd rather not be there often.

Oh the outfits convo was so annoying. It's a newborn baby, stick a vest and babygrow on and be done with it. I have loads of vests and babygrows, no outfits because I know I won't be able to be bothered with them.

Oh and how she said 'there'll be a lot of pressure on her to be fashionable'! I think she did very well with the birth but they both need to get over themselves!

    They were complete idiots.

On that note I'm off to bed, all I do these days is sleep, if only you could store it up.

I couldn't believe the difference once she'd had the epidural. She was clearly freaking out after thinking about her first labour, it was just making her panic. I felt sorry for the midwife, having to tell her to calm down and stop shouting! You got the feeling she just wanted to grab her and shake her!

    Good night Gilly!

  • It must be hard though seeing women like that :(

I found it hard watching her, especially when all the midwives ran in.

I have a question: for those who took iron tablets, when did you notice any improvement in you energy levels? Ok, I only took the first one and don't expect anything to happen straight away, just hope it gets better soon...

I took them for about 6 weeks but wasn't convinced I was feeling any different as was making me really sick. Take them with orange juice as helps the body absorb it easier. Told midwife I'd stopped taking them and apparently a lot of people struggle with them and she advised spatone instead. Hope you get on with them.

    Good night everyone.

Hi mossy. Glad I'm not the only one awake at this hour. In pain so can't sleep either. Fingers crossed it gets things going.
