I have a question: for those who took iron tablets, when did you notice any improvement in you energy levels? Ok, I only took the first one and don't expect anything to happen straight away, just hope it gets better soon...
Started taking them a few days ago as well. Don't actually feel different yet to be honest. Will keep you posted.0 -
My iron levels are really good apparently. Had some more blood taken last week to check, midwife said today they like it to be above 11, mine is 14
All I've done is take the Spatone sachets, and I've not always had one every day. At least I can get that right, if not my blood pressure! :rotfl:

Mines were 15 Annabella
not taken anything either, which I cannot understand at all.
I want this so badly http://www.disneystore.co.uk/clothing-accessories/boys/baby/mn/1000204+1000762+1000772/
On the subject of blood pressure mines was 135/80 which fair enough is the highest it's been but the doc at hosp said, to get it tested twice a week now as it's worrying. I don't think it's that bad for a 36 and a half week pregnant lady!!The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
Lol, mine was 133/82 at my booking in appointment Gilly! It's just gone up ever since... Although they have now conceeded that that may just be 'normal for me' and it's going to be a bit higher by now. One of the midwives I've seen has suggested that I should probably keep an eye on it after the baby's arrived, although there's no history of high blood pressure in our family.:j Debt Free 27.07.2011!! :j0

I thought that it just went hand in hand with pregnancy tbh. My booking in bloods were 120/70. Had no protein or anything in my urine. I said to him though if he think's I'm making twice weekly appointments with my GP he can go to hell, they're always running at least 45 minutes behind, so I said I'd go to the treatment room nurse, he seemed happy enough with that. The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0

Just catching up with One Born. The "Disney" couple are irritating the life out of me. X0

Are you talking about bikini babe? :rotfl: how annoying were they, he is definitely not straight! The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0

Yeah same here, I've had no protein, only very minimal swelling in my ankles that I've not had since I finished work, no headaches, no blurred vision, nothing like that. Midwife today said they will probably want to see me every couple of days from now on to check it. Am tempted to say that they'll have to do home visits as I won't be able to get to the surgery every two days as OH will have the car...:j Debt Free 27.07.2011!! :j0
