Well for anyone who cares I managed to shave my legs :D first time in ages, took a different approach, think OH is happy as he got off with doing it. I feel strangely happy with myself now :o :rotfl:

Now have to phone my mum, she broke up with her boyfriend last night and today is her birthday. She always get's far too attached, they'd been dating since late August and she was in far too deep, so I fear that's why he's broken it off, really dreading this phone call as she's a complete drama llama, ( I know I sound like a hard hearted cow but she needs to realise where she's going wrong :( )

Emsbet agree with others I had those types of pains ( i thought of them as making room in there pains) but understand how stressful it is, Wishing these first few weeks would hurry up for you as I remember feeling things were soooo slow to start with and needed every distraction I could get.

:rotfl: congrats (?) Gilly! I've been using my epilator on my legs for the past few weeks, I now just give them a once over once a week and it keeps them in perfectly good condition. Nothing I wouldn't be ashamed to whip out as and when the time comes!

Ok, random question, and I'm not asking for medical advice, I'm going to mention it to my midwife when I see her on Thursday but I've noticed over the last few days that I go a bit light-headed when I sit/bounce on my ball. Does anyone else get this or is it just me? I don't want to not sit on it, and I don't feel like I'm going to faint or anything, it's just a bit odd!

Gilly. Good luck with the scan tomorrow. X

Kira. Good luck tomorrow. Hope you're getting baby cuddles by the end of the day :D x

Crabapple. Hope your sweep works soon x

Well. Been getting loads of sharp pains down below today. They're really starting to hurt, but got no idea what they are. Ive got midwife in morning so will mention it to her and see what she says I guess.

Everyone's getting impatient here now. Started getting more "is he here yet" texts now lol. Can tell they're going to get annoying. X

    Good luck, Kira!

I am knackered. It took me an hour and 40 minutes to get homs, as due to signaling problems I could not get the train back to the station where I left my car this morning - so had to go to the next city and then get a train back. Ok, it wasn't too bad, I had a seat both times, but when you are pregnant, an hour and 40 minutes meant I was bursting for the loo when i got home!

So,now I am in bed, will catch up on the things online, and go to sleep. Was already dozing off on the sofa, so decided it is better if I do this in bed!

I've not had any texts/calls yet but OH came home today moaning about people asking him at work, or asking if he is excited etc... I'm so glad I'm hidden away at home now from people asking me every five mins if we know what we're having or how much longer I've got left to go...

Maybe we are near each other because there were signalling problems on my line this afternoon too, although luckily they were fixed when I went home. It took me an hour and half to get to work this morning though due to a broken down train. Got to love northern rail :)
