Ooh most amazing news ever on TTC, I can't read it anymore, that's twice this week I've burst into tears :o FGS. So happy for the ladies who have got there BFP's.

Good Luck for tomorrow Kira, I will be thinking about when I'm at my appointment :) I'm also attempting the shaving of legs and things tonight. :( Not fun.

Hi ladies, went really well at the hospital today. the lady who did the MRI scan seems to be some sort of big expert, she's based at the hosp I went to but covers the whole of the North of ENgland and all of Scotland too! SHe said she can't see anything wrong at all. The size is still small but the brain development is fine! They still want to keep an eye on me so I have to keep going back there for regular scans as well as my normal ones at the local hospital.

The MRI was horrible but the pictures were amazing! You could see liquid in its tummy and even its little teeth that are already there buried in its gums!! She's meant to be emailing me some pics so if she does I'll try put one on here.

I've had so many scans honestly, if I get pregnant again, I'll be thinking I'm deprived.

Lol! Not as many as me I bet! I'm 24+4 and so far I've had 8 ultrasounds and an MRI!!

Good luck for tomorrow Kira x

When I was walking to my train this evening I started getting a sharp pain where my pubic bone is. I'm pretty certain it's my pubic bone that's hurting and not my uterus or anything. It seems to be easing off now I'm sitting down (got DH to make the tea :D). I've also had some pain in my groin on and off today. Does this sound normal? I've had both of these before when pregnant and I'm not overly concerned but because my only experiences with pregnancy have been bad ones I just want some reassurance I guess :o

I'm sorry I won't keep bombarding you all with questions every time I worry :o

I'd say that sounds normal Emsbet I had all sorts of random pains from stretching to bruise like pain, to cramping, to just sore when I was first pregnant and everytime despite having no bad experiences I'd turn it into something bad, I think it's what we do :o

Lisa, I think you beat me, come tomorrow I will have had 7, could have been 8, but didn't go to one because the woman who was supposed to be doing it was a complete train wreck and I didn't trust her. Glad all is okay xx

Still very very early. About five weeks I think (trying not to get obsessed with counting the days just yet :o) I've definitely had it before I just can't remember if it was when things went wrong or when things were going well.

Mozzy, When ur in labour u dont actually hurt down there. Its just the exams to see how many cm u r, which u can ask for gas and air whilst they do it ;) I can honestly say, the ONLY pain i felt down there was when the head crowns. Didnt feel it with DD1 as had local anaesthetic due to forceps, but i still remember it from DD2 (not so much DD3 as think i knew what was coming!) its over in seconds tho :) and ur so glad the end is there the pain is meaningless lol! I just never wanted an epidural as i hate the thought of being numb, with a catheter and stuck in bed for hours. I want to be out of the hosp asap everytime!! A very dear friend tho, had 2 babies naturally, then with her 3rd she wasnt progressing so they advised her to have one, and she said it was the best thing ever and wishes she`d had them with her 1st 2 haha!
    Sorry i`m rambling lol
Lisa, thats great news about ur baby :) xx
Emsbet, try not to worry about every little pain hun, even on baby number 4 I was still concerned with random pains as i was sure i didnt get them previous times! Will u be having an early scan this time? How many weeks r u now? xx

Thanks. Yes I should be having scans at 6, 9 and then obviously 12 weeks. I'll also be under consultant care. I'm about five weeks.
