hello just popping in, had a couple of days to myself these last couple of days whilst ds1 went back to school, yesterday ............i was on one and cleaned the place top to bottom but was done by 12pm so i had a lay down watching films on the xbox.
The had my hair done as a treat from oh for my birthday at the end of the month.
Today ive been out with mum, been to asda and treated myself to bigger sized clothes in the sale, some lovely things bougtht x4 cardigans at £6 each and x2 maternity vest tops for £8 , some baby body grows etc and tommee tippee bottles x3 for £8.50 ish BARGAIN.
so feeling chilled out right now that i have treated myself which rarely happens lol.
been sleeping like a log lately, apparently been snoring my head off and waking oh up constantly so spoke to the midwife about it and she said its normal, so what ive done is used my oil burner and put eucalyptus essential oil in it and the nights ive done this ive not snored, to oh's joy lol.Ds2 born 3/4/12 8lbs 8.5:j

Hoooray! I have an appointment! It's on Tuesday and I can go see the consultant on the same day after the scan so thats good news!!
We've also kept our chosen names secret as we don't want people trying to put us off them, its our baby so we'll call it what we like!!
Gilly, we have the Humphrey's corner mobile from mothercare (and all the cotbed bedding to match).0 -

Seem to have taken it off the website too.
They have this instead though which is quite similar I think? The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
am i being thick or does that just look like a bucket? if so why not buy a bucket for much less money, my baby bath is the kitchen sink and then the big bath when she is big enough to get in with me0

i think its something to think about? my firend also baths hers in the sink and hes happy in there, but love the whole tummy tub thing ds1 cried constantly in a baby bath as he got cold quick in it, with the tummy tub he was happy in there for about 20mins and loved being init as he was in fetal position and cosy in there bless him.Ds2 born 3/4/12 8lbs 8.5:j

its one of those things that each parent will be different about, some people swear by baby baths others swear by co bathing.0

Mozzy, Gilly, see great minds think alike! Having seen a few, this one didnt seem as huge as some of the others. Also liked the idea of having the remote to start it off again, without having to get too close..
Snap! Haha. I do love it, and had my heart set on it from the beginning. I want his room to be of a jungle/rainforest themeDFD February 2012

Evening ladies.
Kira - Sorry to hear you couldn't have a sweep. I was hoping you'd be having baby cuddles soon! X
Cloudberry - Congratulations on your new year baby. Hope things get easier for you soon. X
Slept fab last night. No toilet breaks for 7 hours so slept like a baby. Think it helped that we treated ourselves to a satin bed set yesterday. Washed it in strawberry washing liquid and put it on last night. Was amazing.
Think me and OH will have curry for tea, in the hope of starting things off. Needs to happen soon, waddling is not the word now lol. Xxx0 -
