Just looked back but cant find it, and now thinking theres been no posts from her since??? If ur reading Kira, sorry u r and are not in labour! If ur not reading, then hope labour is in progress!!!!!!!!
Well woke up feeling really sick this morning, after having a dodgy tum last night, really hoping its not a bug :( I`ve got 2 hours until i need to pick DD3 up from nursery, so should really do some housework, as going to toddler group this afternoon with her :)
Have a good day ladies! Btw, i`m using disposables, i have enough washing to do with a house full of 5 (soon to be 6) people!!! xx

I've set it to record on series link... Mentioned it to OH last week and don't think he's that fussed about watching it! So will save it for a Thursday morning treat! :D

    Morning all...

Thanks for all the wishes, but... as you can see. I am still here :(. Still ready to pop, still no real action, so sorry to disappoint but the lack of posting is due to just being tired- after my 6am mega wee (am SOOO surprised i can still fit that much in!) i went back to sleep till 10.15am!

Emmylou, you were right i did say about another possible little leak, but nothing else happened after, other than the period pains continuing. My cervix feels all sting-y and twingy this morning though. Not very comfortable.

Have decided to send DH off to a Kung Fu lesson this lunchtime, as he hasnt been since before xmas, and i figure nothing will happen that requires hospital in the next 3 hours, and who knows when he will be able to go again. Not impressed that he has announced his car is overdue a brake service, and needs doing asap. Which means both of us driving there in our cars so i can drive him home and back, unless they can do it while he waits (unlikely, complex car). Its not like he hasnt had 9 months notice of when the baby was due and when we would need his car available for hospital duty. I mean, he COULD drive mine to the hospital, but last time i let him drive it, he crashed it into someone else, so not up there on my list of things i want to do!

    Hey ho...

Turns out I can open the nappy care attachment on my email... It says this about washing them:

Thanks, looks like I can just whirl them around a couple of times, hurray! :) Soon as yesterday's washing is out of the way, anyway. I tend to air/radiator everything, then whack it in the dryer for a final warmup to be sure it's dry. Saves a bit of electric. :D

Ginvzt, I'm not sure how many i'll need, I think I could do with another 5 or 10, but I'm waiting to see how I get on first. Again with me, it's the guilt at the thought of all those chemical filled disposables as well as the cost. I have 15 or so packs of disposables to break me in gently, but I stopped buying them at that amount, as I felt too bad about it. :D

Sorry to hear you are still with us Kira. It's not fun being a boldie, our babies really should be more considerate! Can't wait to meet her and see who she looks like...

I'm expecting a bald version of my mum. I know I'll love her anyway :-)

Kira, aren't men hopeless with sense of timing! My other half proudly announced at Xmas that his Mum had re-covered an old bouncy chair (I'd've just bought a new one, but apparently 'she'd enjoy doing it', poor Mum!) And that it was sat... in front of his telly at home! Very nice, but it'd be far more use in my house at this point of the game. Along with the 10 sheets she apparently has for me, which aren't here, so I had to buy more because I have no idea what size or anything they are. Just remembered, she also has his old nappies for me, so I may not have to buy more if I get on ok with them.

He also brought me a scruffy old changing mat from someone's loft that 'just needs cleaning'. While here, he washed my car twice, decided to clean the windows, but hasn't touched the changing mat. I'm not doing it, as again, I'd've just bought one, so I'll be using a foldaway one till he does it!
