  • Hun you have some SERIOUS self restraint there not to have slapped him round the chops!!How rude!!!:eek:

  • I'm surprised at your restraint OP. I'd have said something in a very loud voice the first time he did it.

I'm not totally sure why you didn't say anything but I definitely think you ought to and see what his reaction is. It is possible I suppose, that he doesn't know he's doing it but more than likely he does and sees nothing wrong with leching.

Here's a question: do all these women share the same physical characteristics? Do they all have dark hair or something? Do you know what his wife looks like? Just a thought...

  • Agree it doesn't seem normal to me. I think I'd have said something or shaken him to get his attention even if it was to make him realise just how engrossed in looking he was. Tread carefully.
  • Have none of the women he's drooling over said anything to him??Even though they may act like they haven't noticed I bet they're feeling just as uncomfortable as you are :o:o

  • I think you've got to talk to him. I would suspect he knows he does it, but doesn't realise how creepy it comes across, nor that he crosses the line. I wouldn't judge him until you've had a conversation.
Can we just take it as read I didn't mean to offend you?

If he was at boarding school from the age of 6 he'll be clueless about a great many male/female behaviours and with a lot of emotional blank spots. Some men are like dogs, they need clear and unambiguous emotional and verbal transactions. Next time he does it, tell him what you're seeing and ask him why he does it. It may simply be a nasty little habit like nose picking in public. Going quiet on him is just another version of banging saucepans in the kitchen to avoid a row, but passively demonstrating anger.
Is he worth it? Try and fix it. If he isn't, give him his cards.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)
  • Could he have been watching the tv screen on the plane?

Looking at somebody outside whilst in the cafe? or earwigging, I do that.

I think you sound very insecure despite you not thinking so.
  • Do you think you might have been given a pointer as to why his marriage has ended?

Just a thought - these are not mild petit mal episodes, are they?

I don't think she sounds insecure at all.

It's strange behaviour and she's trying to comprehend it.

  • I must admit I too wondered about petit mal.
