Good Morning
DFW - glad its not just me that puts tidying the kids rooms off
Yesterday I worted out DDs wardrobe, there was so much carp in there and she had managed to stuff every nook and cranny. I lost the will to live after an hour and a half of tackling it. Anyway the summer clothes have all been sorted out - a bag for charity, ebay stuff and a bag for the clothes bank (which has already been deposited)
The house had a good clean yesterday and most of the ironing was done, will tackle the rest later on. Today I'm going to sort out my own clothes because as lovely as this weather is, its not going to last and soon the winter clothes will be required.
On a money front, MIL gave us some money towards our hall decoration yesterday so that needs banking, I received a cheque for £32 from a survey site (earmarked for professional fees) and my ebay sales are going very nicely. Only 3 items listed but all have bids on and plenty of watchers. The ebay sales aren't going to make me a millionaire but its 3 pieces less of clutter hanging around the house.
I also reached £10 on another survey site so will request a voucher for Outfit when the points are validated.
Still waiting for Toluna to pay out from 29/7/11, sent them an email and was told sorry, no voucher codes and it will be processed as and when, I will not be forgetting about it.
Enjoy the weather xxx0 -
Good Afternoon
Where has the weather gone? No washing out today, the TD is on overtime.
Well I've become addicted to selling on Ebay, everything that I've listed so far has sold. I sold my 10 items in September and can now list 10 items in October so I've taken some pictures and will list more stuff later.
DH has just come home from football with DS and he's whipping up a soup and HM bread for lunch, bless ,he loves cooking.
The garden got a good sort out yesterday so it should just need another quick tidy in a couple of weeks and that should be it until next spring (I hate gardening)

Good Morning
Another brightish day here today. Busy, busy, busy though and head is full of what needs doing both at work and home.
Todays list
Work hard
Pay survey cheque and MIL money into bank
Quick blitz round at home
Full fridge, freezer and cupboard inventory and meal plan around whats available
Washing
The ebay sales are going well but the people that try it on amaze me, do I take postal orders - err no Paypal only
Will I accept a postage cost that they know will not cover the actual cost - err no, do you see a charity number posted above my listings?
I've been paid for 3 books this morning so will get them posted out tomorrow, I'm still waiting for payment for 2 more items for which the buyer is having trouble with her paypal account, she has until Friday to pay otherwise the items will be relisted as it will be 2 weeks ago that she won the items.
The fancy dress costumes have a few bids and lots of watchers so fingers crossed they make a little profit which will all be going towards the business costs.

Good Morning
Mummy - I'm very well thank you, just been really busy this week with various bits and pieces.
Is it ever going to get light this morning? This sort of weather makes me want to stay home and bake all day but unfortunately I don't have time or the energy to bake all day today.
The heating hasn't been turned on yet, nearly succumbed yesterday but lit the stove instead and had a roasting hot lounge - even Mr Mog got too hot and had to move away.
All the winter duvets are now on our beds and what a difference thats made to my sleep, I was getting cold through the night with the summer duvet on but I'm now getting a decent nights sleep :T
The list for today
TD the towels
Finances reconciliation
No washing due to inclement weather
Sort the airing cupboard out and put ironing away
Visit DB, SIL and DN
Have a yummy roast beef dinner with all the trimmings
List 10 items on Ebay
Package up my Ebay items which sell
My Ebay sales are continuing to go well, I've just had one person who hasn't paid for 2 items, 2 weeks after they won them so they're going to be relisted again this evening. I'm slowly managing to get some decluttering done which is producing some very good items for ebay. I feel quite ashamed that there is so much clutter lying around or just been left in cupboards, but obviously looking after the family and studying took priority over decluttering.
Now that I have abit more time though it's feeling good to be taking some control back. I would like the house to be fully decluttered before Christmas (before they get a load more stuff)
Surveys are plodding along, one p*ll are £6.95 away from payout so thats my priority this week, which will be another £40 towards the business fund.
I think thats enough waffling from me for now!
Hope everyone has a lovely Sunday xxx0 -
Good Morning
Its nearly the weekend - wahoo, I'm so ready for it as I'm knack**ed. The dark mornings are a killer for me, very hard to get moitvated when its dark outside.
Its been a busy week this week, working hard and de-cluttering harder.
Ebay profit for September after fees, paypal fees and postage was £28.58, not too bad for one weeks work and selling clutter from around the house.
Grocery budget is looking abit tight until the 25th when DH gets paid so we'll have to eat from the freezer and just buy the bare minimum, at least the kids break up next Friday so they'll be no need to buy pack up materials.
Todays job is to clean and de-clutter DD bedroom, it hadn't been done properly for 2+ years so its going to get a good sorting out today, I also need to find a suitable space for all the stuff that I have for ebay so I'll try and get that done today as well.
There's also the usual pile of washing to be done, its all go and theres never any downtimeHowever it does feel good knowing that the house is getting a damn good de-clutter (which was long overdue)
Hope everyone has a lovely Friday xxxx
One P*ll are now £3.50 from payout :jHopefully I'll reach payout by the end of next week0 -
Hi Choo, the dark mornings are a killer for me. As if it wasnt hard enough for me to get up as it was.
Yay to getting nearer to the onepoll payout :j, youve reminded me I need to catch up with surveys but just dont get the time at all lately.
Good luck with the decluttering xxMummytogirls x0 -
Good Morning
Mummy - Thanks for popping by x
De-cluttering has gone really well, DDs bedroom has been completely blitzed, decluttered and deep cleaned :j That is one messy girl! Very sneaky though as on first appearances the room always looks very tidy but my word pull out the bed and its a whole host of horrors  Anyway its all lovely again and 1 room off the list to do. DS bedroom will be next but that will have to wait until half term and will really be
The list for today
Wash the windows outside (the sunny weather yesterday highlighted the issue that they really do need doing)
Washing
Ironing
Quick tidy round
Pack ups
Ebay not doing so well today, 15 watchers on one item with a 99p, and a 99p bid on another item.
A total time waster bought one dress and hasn't paid me, even though I changed the listing to Buy It Now for her (lesson learnt - won't do that again) everyone can take their chance from now on.
No ebay listings this week as we're away at the beginning of half term for DS birthday so I don't want the hassle of having to post stuff out. I have so much stuff to list though so will plough through it over the next few weeks :T
Hope everyone has a lovely day xxx
Right better get something done xxx0 -
Good Evening
The dress has been paid for and has been despatched along with another book that I sold, two more bits of clutter are out of the house :j
No heating on yet and I'm really feeling it today, I'm currently wrapped up in a big cardi with my feet perched on a hot water bottle. DH is adamant that the heating isn't going on yet so we'll see who can resist the temptation for the longest.
I'm so tired and I think I'm coming down with a sore throat, great just what I need before half term.
The cat poked his nose out of the door and had a quick run round before he realised how wet, windy and cold it was outside, now he's plonked himself down in front of the fire (I'm definitely coming back as a cat in my next life)
Not much else to report xxxx0 -
Hi Choo,
Yay on being 2 items more away from clutter free ness! (not sure that sentence really makes sense but I think you will know what I mean).
Hope the sore throat sods off soon xxMummytogirls x0
