Lots of people have the misconception that new games/DVDs/CDs are all sealed, if you selected the item specific of new eBay will do the ever so helpful job of adding to your listing that the item is in cellophane with an ambiguous 'if applicable' thrown in.In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0

Th ebuyer expected a shrink wrapped game as that is what the 'new ' condition on ebay tells them to expect. This crops up time and time again- the big game sellers have tried arguing with ebay about the condition explanations but nothing has changed.
It is worth noting that if you sell a game as 'new;' buyers are told the following:
Condition
New
An item that is still in its original shrink wrap from the manufacturer and the original manufacturer’s seal (if applicable) has not been removed. See the seller's listing for full details.
Keep an eye on your expanded seller dashboard, th ebuyer might hit your description stars - but it is worth an email to ebay adding your comments to all the others about ebay misdescriptions.
If you sell any more though you might avoid problems by stating in the auction terms itself that game although new is NOT shrink wrapped.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Yes thats what they did when ive looked back at the listing  like i said ive offered a refund for him then to swear at me.i have a feeling he will leave me bad feedback can i get that removed by ebay as i was very polite and offered to refund him he has decided not to send it back! i dont have any bad feedback at all
I didn't read your response as being at all polite.
I'm not sure you and eBay are a winning combination TBH.Science adjusts its views based on what's observed.

For future reference for anyone who is selling several new but unwrapped DVDs or games, you can buy packs of 100 DVD case wrappers for around £1.50 a pack, helpful if you want to void the hassle.0

If they're claiming item not as described you're also responsible for the postage both ways. Sorry.Science adjusts its views based on what's observed.
