My bill is ready (it's only been 4 days!), my other lines bill was due, so yeah. And I think they have cocked up the bill, doesn't add up. Plus I've been charged £3 odd for a line I never used (refused order on the handset).
No response from mobiles.co.uk yet, kind of poor.0 -

I agree, the old T&C's were easier to understand, but my contract will still fall under the old T&C's to a degree regarding claiming - as my months "zero" and 1 fall in the same month. I can only see it as confusing if the part month was say in August and a day or two in September and the 1st full month form September onwards.
The old style was month 1 purchase date and add 6 months for 1st claim. E2save/OSPH is purchase month 1 and for 1st claim add 5 months to give 6th month.
So for Mobiles.co.uk Jan purchase 1st claim would have been July.
E2ave/OSPS Jan purchase 1st claim would have been June.

Ok so you know I said my bill is ready... how come I am being charged for the full month on my contract which is 4-5 days old? Apparently that is normal and I wont pay anything next month...
"This is common with every customer, if they upgrade or take new contract with us, the line rental they pay in advance for more then 1 and half month but as in your case you will be not charge for the line rental in your next bill."0 -

Some networks charge one month in advance and some don't.
And if you have two lines with same network, the network might bill both lines on same bill too by putting both lines on same billing date - so you can get pro rata billing at start of contract.0 -
That would explain why I have been charged more than what my line rental is (charged for an extra day). This now means that in total I should be receiving 12 bills on my 12 month contract. Does that now mean I do as requested and send bill 6, 8, 10, 12? Still waiting for a response from mobiles.co.uk... Again, quite slow customer service.0

You still send in the requested bills - based upon the rules outlined on their site and using the order date month as month ZERO.
If you are worried about not having enough bills (i.e. to claim your final cashback claim), you could simply make a chargeable call in the final month or send a chargeable text just to ensure you get an extra bill (i.e. for the call/text only not full month cost).0 -

I'm not sure that's correct. If your month "zero" and month "one" are the same, then month 6 is February - you will be claiming a month earlier than under the old t&c (though this is where I suspect Mobiles.co will try to wriggle out of their own definition and then say you are a month early).0 -
And if you read my so called advice - it states asking for move to pay and go!
"Safer bet is to give 30 days notice, ask for number to be turned to pay and go at end of contract and ask for PAC code too".
Your understanding of English is as appalling as your understanding of basic maths - accountant or not!
You are telling people that the "safer" course of action is to do as you describe. If they follow your advice and don't exercise the PAC code the notice of cancellation won't apply and the change to PAYG will be irrelevant. Looks like I was correct - you are leading others down the path to the cesspit yet again.0 -

Go suck an egg !
Or do you want that in four letters for clarity?0 -

My month "zero" and month 1 are both Sept. (1st full billed month) - so add 6 months, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb and finally March (claim month).
eg: a Jan 1st month bill would be a July claim month (add 6 but not include month 1). E2save/OSPS would simply be include month 1 and add 5 - Sept would give a Feb claim with those (as my new Vodafone contract stands with OSPS).
